Window Cleaner very good. Brush tired.
I am really pleased with the competence, manners and attitude of Brian who carried out the first cleaning today. I am not particularly happy with the standard of brush he had to work with - it had seen a lot of duty and was worn in part. My contract is for window cleaning every 4 weeks, I truly hope I see a brush in good order next time if your change routines mean I always see a worn brush. 1/3 of the windows have water marks but on reflection the windows and frames were dirty so I will not request a reclean but do request a brush in good order on revisits.

Regarding the water marks, as you mentioned, heavily soiled windows can sometimes require an additional clean to achieve a perfect finish. However, we’ll make sure extra care is taken on your next visit to deliver the standard you expect.

Great company
Arrived when they said in the text I received the day before. What a lovely polite young man.
Did a good job as my windows hadn't been cleaned since Christmas. Very efficient and explained that as they dried there would be no streaks. Very pleased with results.

They have been cleaning my windows for…
They have been cleaning my windows for over a year. Now they can’t because of health and safety!!!!
I have very much been let down by this company. Health and safely was reviewed last August and they have been cleaning them since, up to day.
My late husband used to do windows as I can’t do them I thought I had found a good trustworthy company, shows how wrong you can be. They have upset me and spoken to me in a very condescending way (by some of their team).

Hello, thank you for your feedback and reviw and we're really sorry to hear how upset and let down you feel.
I’ve reviewed the situation carefully, and I want to be transparent with what has happened. Our technician raised a concern regarding overhead power cables at the property, which was then reviewed internally by our team. Following this, and after a further assessment by a senior member of staff, we confirmed that we are unfortunately unable to safely carry out the work due to health and safety restrictions.
I completely understand your frustration, especially as you recall having service previously. To clarify, this was formally reviewed in May, however the initial footage provided at that time was not sufficient to reach a final decision. As a result, the property was mistakenly rebooked and serviced again, which should not have happened. That is an internal error on our side and I’m very sorry for the confusion and inconsistency this has caused.
I also want to sincerely apologise if any part of our communication came across as condescending, that is not the standard we expect from our team, and it will be addressed internally.
As a gesture of goodwill and fairness, the recent charge for the front-only clean has been waived.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean

Totally unreliable
Delays, delays, delays. In the end I cancelled the service. They offered me a free clean “early next week” but I refused, don’t trust them to show up.
Edit #1:
In their reply to me below, they say that they received a “request to cancel” shortly after I signed up, which is a blatant lie to cover their backs for a dismal service. Don’t trust this company.
I requested to cancel after around 3 weeks of delay and postponements.
Edit #2:
They have now amended their response to my review, which is a more accurate depiction of what transpired.

You signed up on 08/06 and registered on the portal shortly after. On 19/06, you contacted us asking to cancel as we had not yet attended and there had been delays. At that point, we advised that we were scheduled to be with you the following week and also offered to complete your first clean free of charge as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, this offer was declined and the cancellation went ahead.
We completely understand your frustration around the delays and appreciate this wasn’t the experience you expected. We're very sorry for any inconvinience caused.
