Avoid this company at all costs!
Avoid this company at all costs!! Their service is atrocious. Need a Valuation Fee before they accept your application. Constantly asking for paperwork and updates as they take too long to process your information. You then get declined with no reason! Which isn't any help if you are trying to get your first house. Had half the amount of the mortgage as a deposit but still not acceptable in their eyes! We're supposed to have organised my refund last week! But incapable of doing that so now got to wait another 5 to 7 days for that and having to cancel my weekend away due to all this. Useless. Do not reccomend them one little bit and they call themselves Precise !!

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and for your feedback. I can understand your frustration and I'm sorry to hear we weren't able to help with a mortgage this time, however I'm afraid we do charge to provide a valuation for a property.
Your broker should be able to provide you with feedback on your application including the reason we weren't able to progress with your case this time. If they can't, please ask them to speak to their Business Development Manager and they'll be able to provide details from the application directly.

They dragged it on & on for my sister, she answered all their questions & supplied all documents (plus having her pay a valuation check fee of the property she wanted a mortgage for of £365) were the hell they justify this stupid inhumane charge I'll never know, It's actually ridiculous & easy money for them!... just think of the amount of other people in my sisters situation trying to escape the traps of greedy private landlord & get their first home but dragging it on just being awkward & ridiculous. It's not like my sister was borrowing £100,000 or anything it was £70,000. She proved her income etc, had the deposit & everything ready but they were just going round in circles with her now she's looking for another lender as thanks to them she's missed the deadline to get the keys now has to look elsewhere but now she's £365 out of pocket that she would've put toward doing the house up.. my advice is avoid this company at all costs...

Awful unsympathetic complicated…
Awful unsympathetic complicated company. Due to my wage date changing I needed to change my mortgage pay date and they will not budge and want me to pay my entire month upfront and my usual direct debit 4days later with no comprehension my wages will not stretch that far. They send multiple forms of contact saying the offer financial assistance. THEY DO NOT!! Cannot wait to get away from this mortgage company when the time comes
