I’ve recently ordered from this company, only part of my order has been received and I’m in urgent need of the two remaining items, I can’t get through to speak to anyone as phone number goes straight to voicemail and no answers to emails or Instagram direct message! I’m not sure where to go from here!

This company is a scam for sure, do not buy from them. I ordered 2 play bouncers over a year ago. Neither ever arrived leaving me more than £200 out of pocket. They are sneaky how they do it. They send email updates to say that the product is delayed so that you get too far away to be able to stop the payment through your bank.

If you order anything do so by credit card so that you have a possibility to get the money back.

The company then went into "adminstration" but they have not contacted me since being operational again and seem now to be trading and cheekily enough sending me emails advertising things.

Honestly, just choose another site even if this has cheaper products. It's so tempting but not worth it.

I ordered a car seat. It arrived and looked ok. However it does not seem to be suitable to use. My little boy is 74cm long. So should be rear facing. I fitted the seat but he couldn't put his legs out. He can only sit with his knees scrunched up towards his body. It is a really odd design. Not safe. I have tried emailing. No reply and when I call the number it just goes to answer phone that doesn't even identify that it's the company. Order number #19845

I have placed 2 orders with this company and one was supposed to be 3-5 days and I still haven’t received it. I am worrying that I have been scammed now as you cannot get hold of the company despite numerous attempts. My baby’s due date is approaching and I have no Moses basket or pram now

I placed an order on 02/09/2021 that I have not yet received.

I’ve contacted them a number of times through emails and phone calls!

I spoke to someone back in September and they told me it was stuck in a container and that she would contact me once she has more information and she never did!

The phone always goes to voicemail which I have left loads of and still no phone call back!
I’ve emailed and no reply! Even wrote on their Facebook wall yet again no reply!

It’s just seems to be coming a joke now taking peoples money and not even delivering there products!

I would understand if you actually answered the phone and we spoke to a delay in my order but you haven’t got the decency to answer a phone or email! It’s almost been two months since I placed my order!

Everyday I’ve rung the phone never rings just says leave a message surely this can’t be right? Apart from Sunday of course but everyday until you close the phone should be ringing!

I’ve also spoken to someone in trading standards as it seems like your just taking peoples money and you don’t have the products!

So people if your thinking from buying from PLO please do your research first or maybe check to see if they do have in products in stock! I would say give them a call but they don’t answer!

Ordered a car seat for my baby girl on the 15th October and not yet received! Have tried contacting through numerous platforms and called your number but no answer! I am very very disappointed with this as you have taken my money and my daughter does not yet have a car seat so I cannot take her out in the car!

My baby is due and I ordered a mose basket I have written many times on the chat no one is reply yet it says online tried ringing straight to answer phone I was trying the benefit of the doubt and ordered what a mistake it was! I don’t have a clue what’s happening with my order it’s leaving me very upset! I just want my money back or my item!

Ordered a Cybex car seat from PLO on 13/10/21 and what turned up was a little tykes ride on toy box, with a scratched and ripped car seat inside. I have tried emailing, calling, left a voicemail and no one seems bothered that I now have an unusable car seat sat in my home which will probably end up getting passed on to yet another customer. Completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t expect to receive this at all. You order a brand new car seat and expect a brand new car seat, not a returned (quite clearly used) car seat! This is children’s safety and you’d think this company would care a little bit more. Do better precious little one!! I have pictures for reference and I wish I could upload them!!

I bought a double push for £200+ order on the 19th October 2021 on precious little one and it said the order will be delivered 2-3 days but I never received anything. Same day I receieved a receipt from The Pud store but since the 19th October 2021, I did not even receive a dispatch or delivery details email nothing. I also tried calling your customer service number which keeps saying leave a voicemail. I tried sending emails to tracy, your order email and even the chat on Plo but to no avail. Please help me with my order because I want to know my order status or can I please get a refund. Also I have seen this scum/fraud has been going on for many months to many ppl. Waiting for your response.

Placed an order on 10th October, have chased a few times (using various methods) for an update on delivery but no response. Was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days, we are now way past that. I don't like to do things like this but I feel it's the only way to get a response.

Don’t even deserve 1 star can’t get a response out of anyone to return an item
.. you click return item on website it says forbidden and you can’t process it ..car seat not as advertised and can’t return

Ordered my travel set 1st October 2021 still not delivered on 24th October 2021 can't get into contact with them to even get a refund at this point noone answers the phone or email I honestly feel like I've been scammed at this point I wish I read the reviews before ordering wasted time and money im due on 19th November and been waiting for mainly the car seat and newborn bassinet pram will never be ordering from these again save your money and go other places to shop they don't even deserve 1 star

Horrible customer service!! I have ordered one car seat and been charged twice!!! Now that i am contacting them i am getting no response!! Tried their email, live chat and contact number which only lets you leave a voicemail with no response anyway!!

We have been to the store at junction 32 today and what a lovely experience we had the store assistant claire was so helpful and polite safe to say i have done some more shopping for our soon to arrive grandaughter lovely shop 😊

I ordered 2 weeks ago a pram as I’m heavily pregnant, a women rang to speak to me and say Thankyou for order. Then I’ve not heard nothing since. I’ve emailed and rang, suddenly the fuel shortages they emailed saying there has been a delay so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Another week later nothing. I have been ringing and emailing and speaking to the online chat absolutely useless. They were happy to ring when taking money but not happy to give the order out and leaving me to buy a whole new one. This company needs sorting out and I’m trying my best to take it to higher authorities as they should be stopped. I was so stupid I never read the reviews first as I wouldn’t of even ordered with them looking at them now especially being a mum that struggles with money then you get thieves like this! Disgusting and should be ashamed of your company. Let’s just pray we can all come together and get rid of this company!!!

Never received items, never received a refund. This was last Christmas! Last I heard the company was in administration. God knows how they think their reputation has not been destroyed and they can continue trading. Stay well away
