Freemans NOT interested in lost parcel
I placed my very 1st order with Freemans for a wedding outfit. Evri changed the delivery date, then changed the time twice the following day. Didn't arrive by 9pm as on the tracking & no further update. 3 days later tracking still says 'We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day'. Today I used the online chat with Freemans & they weren't interested, asking lots of questions, basically wasting my time by saying it was delivered yesterday. I then contacted Evri using online chat & they confirmed it hadn't been delivered & will escalate it. It's so difficult to speak to a real person these days. Not impressed with Freemans & I still haven't received what I ordered for an upcoming wedding.

Total farce. I cancelled my item the day after I ordered only to me sent a bill and when on the WeChat was told it wasn’t cancelled manually ( this has happened to me with 2 returns also ). I spoke to a Nigerian woman online called Montum who said just say no to the delivery as it’s on the way to you then it’ll take 3-4 weeks to cancel on my account !!! What !! Do t buy from them. Customer services are useless as they just quote a skript. Each time I ask to speak to a manager on three different occasions I was told none are available even though I said I hold I was hung upon. I was polite but was frustrated with the lack of communication. I would not recommend them. Still waiting to receive a cancelled order to the refuse delivery to then get a refund and close my Acc either Freemans. Never again !!!

Ive been trying to get a large item returned since 05 March. Been on live chat and customer service number to be told "someone will call you" I've been told that for 6 weeks, gave deliver dates and still have the item.
Terrible company. Terrible products.
If I could pick no stars I would
I ordered an air fryer it arrived damaged. No problem got in touch with customer service they sent out a new one and sent me a return label to send back the damaged one.
The next one that arrived came even more damaged. Again spent another hour on chat with customer service to get a return. No I do not want another broken replacement. They offered me 15% off on my next order with them which by the way does not cover electronics. No I want my refund.
The refund does not include the shipping I paid for 2 broken items.
I have also unsubscribed to their emails 3 days in a row. I don't understand why I am still receiving emails. Terrible company. Terrible products. Discount codes are a joke as you can't use them on most products on the site
Poor return policy
I have kindly asked Freemans to collect a return bench which has 2 left legs and has been incorrectly packed. I feel upset as the return has been cancelled 5 times. I just want to return the item correctly,
The company has gone down hill…
The company has gone down hill recently, after having an account for many years I have finally closed it down, I waited for an item to be in stock and after a while I got an email to say its back in stock, feeling happy I ordered the item but.....after waiting a week for delivery and still no item, I got in touch with them to query, only to be told the item is in stock but coming from Germany!!! Customer service just made excuses one after the other, they lost my custom after so many years
Don’t expect a response.
Don’t expect a response from the customer service team. Whilst they like selling things Freemans appear to have an allergy to assisting customers, replying to enquiries or doing what they promise to. I have an outstanding enquiry of over six weeks now and every time I make contact I am told a response would be sent the same day. If you don’t experience an issue with your shopping then Freemans are the greatest.
I bought four Krista dining chairs in…
I bought four Krista dining chairs in December 2025 and have made complaints about them padding in seat moving and over hanging on seat padding on back of chairs indented. Sent two instead of one as a replacement then the rest of chairs padding moving wooden frames out of shape . Have been complaining since February 2026 for return to Freemans have been told numerous dates 24/3/26 and still going on . I’m storing them in my garage and they are taking up spare which I need for my furniture to make room in my house for hospital equipment as my husbands going onto palliative care at home . Have explained my situation and all I hear is sorry we will fix it and arrange carriers nd get your money totalling £478.10 and they are wanting me to pay for extra chairs they sent .

AVOID!!
AVOID!!! I ordered an air fryer through Flexi Pay, but instead received two photo frames of butterflies. I contacted customer service via chat, and they apologised, and canceled my original order and created a new one with free express delivery—perfect! However, that evening, I received an email notifying me that my order had been canceled because it exceeded my Flexi limit, as the credit for the cancelled order had not yet been applied.
The next day, I chatted with them again, received another apology, and they placed a third order with free express delivery and a 10% discount as a goodwill gesture. I later got an email confirmation where i noticed they had entered the wrong delivery address, charged me for delivery, and failed to apply the discount. I reached out to them again to correct the address and remove the delivery fee, but was informed that they couldn’t assist I was advised to reach out to them again tomorrow as the order isnt on their system yet (even though i have an order number and confirmation email from them) Contacting them tomorrow isn’t helpful since the item is scheduled for delivery then. All they keep repeating is, “Don’t worry, we will apply a 10% goodwill gesture after it has been dispatched!” They also mentioned that “if the item is delivered to the wrong address, I can still return it for a full refund.” However, I’ve asked how I can return something I haven’t received because it was sent to the wrong address! This is absolutely frustrating; I’m currently £85 out of pocket and 3 orders down. I asked to raise a complaint and speak to someone else i was told that someone would be in touch tomorrow absolute joke! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Very annoyed! I had some post come through from Freemans, offering 25% off and free delivery. So I spent ages looking for something, then when I went to pay, yes it's free delivery but the 25% discount is only given if you open a Flexi account with them. Not impressed, I cancelled my order!

Do not purchase from this company on a weekend - their systems do not acknowledge orders and then when you have issues an order over £100 gets lost.
I noticed an issue with an order I made this Saturday and went on their online chat system within minutes of paying for the order asking to get an address updated urgently. I was told as I ordered on a weekend I would have to come back to them on Monday - I paid for next day delivery.
Since then I have contacted the courier, tried to change delivery to a locker and even travelled over an hour to the property to
collect the parcel. Meanwhile I have had several people at Freemans email the same thing ‘They’re sorry they couldn’t help over the weekend, their system does not work.’
‘As a gesture of good will they will give me 10% off’
How about get decent systems that work every day of the week, support your customers better and actually read the emails we send rather than using a script! I am £100 down on an order I will never be able to recover!

Poor Customer Service
Placed an order and had no communication to let me know my order had been recieved. Took 6 working days for my order to arrive. I had to return (not Freemas fault) and it has now been over a week and once again, no communication to let me know they have recieved my return or they are proccessing my return payment. This lack of basic customer service is totally unacceptable. Won't be using them again.
My order was delivered
My order was delivered, left at the front door, 3 days after receiving an email saying it would be delivered. The box was soaked through, and the goods were damaged. I can't repost it because I don't have a large box to return it in. Never will I use your service again.
Unable to resolve issues and do not respond to emails
I have given up trying to get this company to sort out problems with logging into my account I even set up a second account only to encounter the same issue. I have sent several emails requesting they contact me and have spent time on they phone trying to get this resolved too no avail They also sent me a steamer instead of sloggi s when it was reordered they sent me a second steamer still no sloggis. So now as I am unable to access either account I have given up and stopped using this companycompany

I have ordered a few things from freemans but the recent two items have caused issues first item ordered december delivered by evri where I asked for it to be sent to the parcel shop and after receiving 3 notifications to say it had been delivered each time it couldnt be located to then find it had been delivered 4 doors down, no note, wrong location and no apology.
The recent one though was upsetting I ordered a gift it was in the sale again asked for it to be delivered to the parcelshop location, received the notification, arrived at the location and surprise surprise parcel not able to be located. Contacted freemans same old excuse we will raise a complaint then told me to reorder the item which had returned back to the original price tried to explain but they didnt listen
Decent products and ok prices but dreadful service and never a follow up
Their customer service team are incredibly poor. Their deliveries just as bad. Waited over a week for delivery of an item, just to be told today that its now not to be dispatched until 26th. Agents say they'll escalate complaints, ive made 3 overall and still not had a response about any of them. There also seems to be a lot of items they sell 3rd party which makes tracking difficult, but agents are never truthful.

Freemans has stated charging for delivery's but I was charged 2 lots of delivery charges but all items arrived in one parcel . This seems unfair and have been with Freemans for years but if that are starting to rip off their customers I will be closing my account. Very poor service
