My granddaughter is due her baby end of November, now single, she has made 2 payments & still no contact, she will not be able to buy another one, why are trustpilot company putting their name to this company? I need a reply please

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read all of these before ordering. They take your money and don’t send any items out. I don’t know how they are still getting away with it. Disgusting

Following my order I had no other emails, the 3-5 working day delivery had been and gone no no sign of dispatch email! Called them and it just goes straight to voicemail with no call back, I’ve emailed with no response and I’ve tried the chat service with no replies!
I can only guess they’re just cons!
Really disappointed at losing my money and having no product to show for it!

So I’ve now been blocked on social media after them stating my order will be here Monday Tuesday?? Today is Thursday. Surely trust pilot can stop or help customers shut this company down PLO and The pud store ( same company)

So this will be with you behinning of next week. We work on a 3-5 working day delivery. You ordered on Sat so we don't process the order until the warehouse is open on Monday. I can see it has been picked and is ready for despatch so expect to see it delivered Mon/Tues

Avoid this company. Ordered a footmuff over a year ago, requested a refund as it never showed to then be told the company has gone into liquidation. It seems the company has recovered this by taking money and not delivering the goods, so is now back up and running. Still no refund or footmuff.

do not buy from this company, bought a car seat from them at £60, no delivery and no refund and no reply to any of my messages. This was over a year ago now.

In response to the below explanation, it is not typical for a company to continue trading and emailing creditors promotional activity when it goes into administration and I believe this to be a lie. Why would you purchase such a irretrievably damaged brand-name that was unable to fulfill orders? Clearly from all the recent reviews after 'administration' this is still happening. I will be contacting the authorities and getting in touch with her who have made similar reviews.

Extreamly poor customer service. Can not get a hold of anyone. Ordered an item that is faulty, messaged and called them no reply. Its been over a month and not impressed at all.

Ordered a Hauck highchair on the 27/10 and have received no email confirmation of order. Chased by phone every day since and both emailed and used web contact page.

Delivery due date was yesterday. Giving it till end of today. Cancelling (or attempting to as that seems to be a goliath of an issue to do) tomorrow if no show.

Absolutely disgusting company, I’ve been waiting for my refund for over 2 months!!! No one answers the phones! Can’t get to speak to anyone, on the first occasion I did they promised me my refund would be sent the following week…. Still waiting! Avoid at all costs!!!

Do not ever order from here!! I ordered some clothes 3 weeks ago total of about £60. I have tried emailing multiple times and ringing them but no response! They are a complete scam. I had one response asking for the order number so they can “track it” and heard nothing after that. They should be completely ashamed of them selfs, it’s just embarrassing. Just AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I was abit worried after placing my order for a mybabiie pushchair after reading the reviews!
But my order came 6 days after ordering ...so thank God for that!!
Customer service isn't that good when I was asking about my order, email and chat so they need to sort that out. But apart from that I got my order and love it

Awful service and customer service team who don’t contact you back. Ordered a pillow they sent the wrong one they just send a automatic reply with you having to print label and send back even before a refund to replace you with the correct order. As a struggling pregnant woman I contacted them back to see if they could do an alternative and send a pillow case as that it what I ordered, no response and an item that was no use and a lot cheaper then what I ordered . Disappointing as this was their error and lack of response the director Dean Smith really needs to look at his customer service team and how they responded to customers for errors in his company …. Would not recommend you will get better customer service from Amazon

First time we use this company.

we placed an order was placed on 24/10/2021 and is still currently Processing.

we opted for the Shipping: Free Delivery (3-5 Working Days) which would make the order come today.

we have no sign of the order, tried to call customer service, rings and it goes to voicemail left serveral messages no callback
Live chat no one replies.

its not even poor communication, there is no communication

will wait till the end of today, otherwise will ask for refund or call credit card company to act on this.

No sign of products ordered or email to say they’ve been dispatched despite receiving order confirmation 3 days ago and 48 hours tracked delivery being the delivery option automatically selected.
No response on phone from customer services despite ringing several times today and trying to contact via email and online chat. Poor! Luckily I’ve not spent as much as some people here who are clearly still waiting on their orders.

Problem with the cot bed I ordered , however they did try to resolve the matter with an alternative , it was not to my liking , they have the refunded the funds and arranged for the mattress to be picked up.
I have bought from them before and cannot fault their customer service , and will buy again if and when I need to.

I ordered a babybjorn bouncer October 9th. Ive had a receipt for the amount paid but as yet, I have not received the item. I've emailed and phoned a number of times and had no response.
It seems like I'm not the only one to have had a negative experience with this company and their lack of customer service.
If I'm not going to receive the item, obviously I want my money back.

I ordered a car seat that looked okay once it had arrived but definitely doesn't feel safe upon testing on a child (my baby not due quite yet) and wish to have this returned. Have emailed multiple email addresses, tried the chats, phone etc. and not heard anything. Return policy doesn't make anything clear online either.

Easy online purchase, delivered quickly, with excellent after-sales customer service, particularly from Tracy.
Quality product too, which our demanding 2-year old has approved!

I ordered a bedside crib in beige and got a complete different order. I have tried to contact the company in several occasions but not reply back. My baby due date is approaching.
