Representative Mike went above and beyond. Installation team was extremely professional, polite and friendly, made for a pleasant day. Installation was quick but efficient. We don't usually post reviews but we were extremely impressed with the whole process.

Salesperson booked wrong day
Salesperson booked wrong day. And energy company had not given clearance anyway which cost me a day off work.
Information advised to me about process was different to the process on the day.
Not clearly advised advantages of solar do not commence until energy company changes meter box. I had 8 weeks to organise this for the same day that I had to take off work unpaid if someone told me this, now I have to take another unpaid day off work.
I was compensated financially for the first mistake and rightfully so but still should not have happened.
Messages to me seem to have my name spelt incorrectly.

While we’re glad we were able to compensate you for the initial error, we completely agree that the situation should not have occurred in the first place.
We also apologise for the confusion around the installation process. You should have been clearly informed that certain solar benefits only commence once the energy company updates the meter, and we understand how this lack of clarity caused further inconvenience. This is feedback we’re taking seriously, and we are reviewing our communication process to ensure customers receive complete and accurate information from the start.
Finally, we’re sorry your name was misspelled in our messages — attention to detail matters, and we will ensure this is corrected.
