In the process of trading my 2014 MacBook Air for an IPad Pro and returning that for a far more powerful new MacBook Air, I worked with several individuals at PowerMax. All are very professional and do what they say they will do. I found that if you describe your trade-in correctly and accept their offer, they back up their word on what they will do. In addition, I had a coincidence happen that caused me to question their security. I found they take great precautions in protecting credit card or payment information from malware. A good company. I'll do business again in several years.

This was not the first time I purchased a computer from Powermax.

Again, the service was personal and friendly. Heidi called to confirm the order and it turned out we had something in common, so I enjoyed our call very much.

I had questions afterward and Heidi responded quickly to my request.

Powermax is THE company to do business with as far as I am concerned. I give them a 10 out of 10.

Asked if my old Mac Mini (it's SuperDrive) could be connected to my new MacBook Pro (no cd reader) to serve as an input device for reading movies from cd media. I appreciated the helpful research in finding the answer right away. And also the range of options provided to me to meet my needs. This was my first ever call for support. Excellent experience.

This was my first purchase from Powermax but I have chatted several times with the staff regarding Mac products. I have always received great help from a courteous, friendly staff. I'm glad that I was finally able to make a purchase through them.

I have purchased several Apple products from them and have always received top notch service and exactly what I wanted. I could go to an Apple store close by but I don't want to deal with it and I am disabled and cannot drive. Computers are my life!

I had a great experience getting a computer and files transferred. Ian did a great job. Personally, from now on if I can get the Apple product from power max I will get it there before the Apple Store.

This is the third Mac computer I've purchased from Powermax. I'm very happy with the presales support and the speed of delivery (I received my order the next day with free shipping).

I've dealt with PowerMax three times now, and every time I was treated with courtesy by a person who knew exactly what I needed and how to solve my problem. The products I ordered came well-packaged two or three days after I ordered, and everything has worked beautifully.

Here's just one example. I called because my old black laptop was at the point it needed a new hard-drive. I was ready to chuck it and just buy a new laptop, but the man I spoke with (Joe) told me if I wanted to save money and put off buying a new laptop for a few years, I could simply buy a new hard-drive and put it in. Along with the hard-drive he sent an email with a url to a video that showed exactly how to take out the old hard-drive and put the new one in. For just the price of a hard-drive, I had the use of that faithful old laptop for another four years.

This company is the best of ANY that I have dealt with when it comes to professional help and polite treatment, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or who needs help with anything Mac.

Im deployed and broke my iPhone. They had a great deal on used ones. Placed order and went to sleep. Woke up to an email asking to verify blah blah, please call us @..., since being sent to an APO (Military address). Immediately my blood began to boil as this is always a painful process.
I sent off an email stating that I was deployed and phone calls arent that easy and can you verify with my wife @ ***-***-****.
Within a few mins I got a personal reply saying it was no problem. She spoke with my wife, was VERY VERY courteous and had a total common sense approach to my situation. Trust me, this isnt how everyone operates. Many other companies are not his personal nor organized.

Phone was in perfect shape. Boxed extremely well.

This review is all about the company. Anyone can sell you a piece of hardware. This company obviously spent time on customer service.
