Heidi was my main point person for my purchasing experience. Her, and a guy named Ben, also helped me with my trade in since I had an old MacBook Pro I wanted to get some money for.

Heidi was always quick and courteous with her responses. She even responded to me on weekends, late during the night, to give me updates on my orders. Heidi is a great example of how awesome PowerMax is. If you ever are in the market for Apple products, go through these guys! Everything is Apple authentic and delivered in the fastest time possible.

We have a late 2009 27" iMac. About nine months ago we needed a new hard drive but it broke again, so we went to the Apple store to get it replaced. However, our computer could not be serviced anymore because it is considered "vintage" now by
Apple. So they sent us to PowerMax for help.
And thankfully they could help us. The store is nice and bright, with very pleasant professional sales people. They installed a new third-party hard drive into our computer and it's working fine.
Also, as opposed to Apple stores located in a mall, parking is right outside Power Max so you don't have to carry your heavy computer to the store.
Absolutely recommended.

I needed a special APC for 240 volts. I used on-line assistance who verified that the one and only unit was in stock. They also verified that it could be shipped over night to Georgia. It arrived on time and was exactly what was ordered. I was able to get my specialized plant equipment up and running in less than 24 hours. Thank You!

I recently purchased a used/refurbished MacBook Pro 13" plus a new hard drive, superdrive, and a few other gadgets. The live person to person telephone help picking the right pieces to put together all the parts for a new computer system with a Mac mini as its centerpiece was facilitated and assured by the excellent and friendly advice of all the folks I spoke with at PowerMax.
