I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Air from Powermax, and teventire experience was flawless. From the initial call to receipt of the laptop, it was so easy and the staff were incredibly helpful

The iMac is great and Joe Inman was a pleasure to work with: knowledgable, good sense of humor, and fun to work with. But decided not to trade old computer. No problem from PowerMax.

It was such a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door! My contact was Jake who listened to what I was looking for in a new computer and directed me to exactly what fit my needs...I could not be happier. Bought a new Apple wireless keyboard 2. The item was new, as described, shipped and delivered fast, well packaged.

The Macbook Pro came quickly and as described. Only have had it for about 10 days...so far so good!

Most folks think repairing a mac is too time consuming and expensive to be economically better than just throwing away and buying new. Contrary to that notion, Powermax gave me a reasonable estimate and timeline for repair of my laptop monitor. They were efficient and returned my powerbook in top notch condition. I am very pleased.

I purchased a 4th generation iPad from Powermax. Before I did, I sent a question concerning the iPad. Powermax responded very quickly which surprised me. I received the iPad in a timely manner and it was exactly as described. It is quite refreshing to deal with a company who actually delivers what they profess. I would not hesitate to recommend Powermax. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I absolutely loved working with Powermax. The Customer service was excellent. I called and told them I wanted a 13" MacBook Pro for no more than $800, they found one for $819 but sold it to me for $800. It arrived when they said it would arrive and it's in great condition. So far it works great and I couldn't be happier, especially since most macbooks, similar to mine, run for $1300. Plus they're an official apple product dealer so you're guaranteed to get the best of the product.

I don't undertand when I saw the printer in other address but now I am happy because you resolved it very fast and my Used Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4020 Inkjet Printer come to me and I am enjoying it thank you for all your very good attention

We couldn't be more impressed: first with the help in purchasing a new Apple desktop with Michelle Ryther and then with Martin of tech support. We had problems migrating from an old imac to our new one. Apple support took more than three weeks with no results. "Guess we should send it to Engineering" was their answer. Nothing from Engineering. So in desperation we called Martin -- he was patient, knowledgeable and led us to the solution of our problem. (Still no word from Apple a month and a half later.)

Have dealt with Powermax for at least 10 years. Always got personal attention to orders, help selecting the product best for my needs, and prompt shipping and delivery.

When the Apple Store at Bridgeport couldn't repair our 6 year old iMac and referred us to PowerMax, I was bummed. But now I feel like I've found a diamond in the rough. They fixed it, recovered all the data and transferred it to a new hard drive, in less than 24 hours. And less than $200. I couldn't be happier with their service. The guys that work here are not just Apple geniuses (they all worked at the Apple Store previously), they are Apple physicians and surgeons. My iMac is one happy and healthy patient.

I called a couple of times before I bought my iPad Pro. My experience was very positive. Both time I was given answers to my questions. It was a good experience. I bought my iPad Pro from Powermax as I got a better deal and they were so willing to help me with setup and any other question that I might have. I will definitely recommend Powermax to my friends and will also use them when I have to replace my desktop. All in all a great experience.

Did some searching online and found PowerMax for our used Mac computer needs. Any new vendor scares me but Honor at PowerMax was friendly and attentive. She had a great sense of humor that I appreciate. She was accommodating and checked up on us through the ordering process and up to delivery. PowerMax was honest, quick and kept good communication. After our first order I can only hope our budget allows for more purchases in the coming year. Thank you.

Shopped several online retailers and elected Powermax because of warranty and selection. My iMac was shipped very fast and have had no problems at all. Computer looked like new! If you want a great Mac experience, give Powermax a try.

I thought it was a bit humorous and ironic that I initially went into Best Buy to purchase myself a new computer. Being reticent about Apple or Windows, I had to ask for the advice of the employees there. I decided to research the pros and cons there at the store using a new MacBook Pro and Best Buy's internet. Long story short, PowerMax came up in my research and after learning that I would be able to get a comparable MacBook that was refurbished and may actually have better specs BUT for way cheaper, I was intrigued and waited.

A few days later PowerMax was called and they were very helpful. From patience to professionalism and knowledgeable to extremely helpful, PowerMax left me fully satisfied and with a product I love to utilize everyday. Thank you PowerMax!
