I have purchased and traded several macs and have received excellent service. My trade-in was fairly valued, the new computer arrived in 2 days and my credit card refund received in about 2 weeks.

I have ordered computers from Power Max twice. A friend of mine told me about them when I told her I was going back to a Mac. I have been very happy with their service and prices. I love that when you call them, a real person answers their phone.

I would definitely recommend Powermax to anyone looking to trade-in a Mac or looking to buy previously owned one. They gave me a good price for my 6.5 year old iMac. Also, the few times I interacted with them via phone or email, they were very friendly and helpful!

I ordered a 2013-vintage MacBook Pro to replace a machine that was failing due to a logic board/GPU issue. I didn't want to spend major bucks on a brand new machine because Apple will soon announce a major MacBook redesign and I didn't want to buy a new product at the very end of its life cycle.

So instead, I bought a 3+ year old machine from Powermax, and it was a great decision. The buying experience was easy and the machine feels like a brand new computer. It was in perfect condition and arrived ready to go, with the version of the operating system (10.8.5) installed that I was expecting.

Joe Inman was very knowledge, responded promptly, my order was processed flawlessly.

The Powermax team was very friendly on the phone and quick to help when my time machine transfer corrupted the new computer. They had me back up and going right away!

Genuine Apple products are in great shape, for a great price. Orders are processed quickly, and personalized customer service is awesome.

From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Very helpful staff, who walk you step-by-step and make sure your questions are thoroughly answered. For my transaction, I purchased a new computer, and traded in a used tablet. Both processes were seamless. Prices are very reasonable, and the trade-in value I received was greater than any of the competitors. I will for sure use them for future purchases, and have already referred others who are looking to purchase Apple products.

Upgraded my 5 year old iMac to a SSD, had various questions answered about moving files onto flash drives beforehand and about iMovie. Everybody was knowledgable, helpful, didn't treat me like the computer klutz that I am, and spoke English instead of nerd jargon. I'll be back. With my laptop.

We have a 2007 MacBook Pro 17" that needed repair. Ian was able to bring it back to life with some suggestions he made and it's just as fast as my new MacBook Pro 13" Retina. I would like to bring more of my Macs there to get repair. I feel like it's the relationship they care about at Powermax in addition to the computer.
