I've been buying from Poshburn for years now but I've noticed in the last year their standards slipping. I got a wax burner last Christmas that arrived smashed and never received I replacement which they said they would send and then I was being ignored. The last few orders of wax melts have been missing items, again I'm being ignored and my money not refund for items not sent.
Very sad about this as I loved getting parcels from them but starting to look elsewhere due to sevice

Ordered a candle and some wax melts, in November and didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Didn't arrive at all in fact, have emailed the company 7 times and still haven't heard back from them. I have requested my money back and am still waiting over 6 weeks later. I appreciate it's a small family business, and I was patient with them in the beginning because I understand parcels go missing and sometimes these things cannot be helped, however to keep money that has been paid for an item that hasn't been received by a customer and go radio silent on them is appalling. Absolutely terrible customer service, will NEVER be buying from here again and I discourage anyone else to buy from here because your money may be taken and you will end up without anything even arriving.

Ordered a refill for a diffuser, didn't even come halfway up the bottle. A complete rip off.

Lovely scents fast postage well packaged

I have just received my order and my candles look and smell lovely, they are for Christmas presents so unfortunately I have not lit them but I’m sure they will be nice

Loved my products. Deliver was quite slow and two items were missing. I had to get in touch to find out why! They then sent me an email with an explanation 😕

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a number of items on the 20 November, it is now the 3december.

I have contacted the seller a number of times trying to establish where my order is. The order amounts to just under 100 pounds.

There was no tracking number.
Despite numerous emails I have had one reply on the 27 November stating the order will be dispatched on the day they replied.

It clearly was not and I’m still trying to contact the company without success. There is no phone number, there is an address for returns which is in Sefton Liverpool but that address appears to be registered to another company, nor is the company registered with companies house.

Now I have to try and obtain my money back via the bank by raising a dispute.

Why would a company advertise if they can’t fulfil orders and show a complete disregard for their customers.

As stated, i strongly advise not purchase from this company. Trust cannot be established and commutation is non existent.

I would have liked to have uploaded the screenshots I took of the attempts I made to contact this company, but it seems there is no option to do this on this site.

I will find another way.

Ordered 2 weeks ago taken my money not received anything no answer from social media messages emails. Send fake tracking numbers! AVOID!!

The mark of a good business is how it responds when things go wrong. My delivery failed initially, but after bringing it to Poshburn's attention, they got on the case, investigated and resolved the issue. That is the sort of service we all want and my initial dissatisfaction has been completely resolved. I now have no hesitation in using and recommending Poshburn.
