An absolutely USELESS product and Company
An absolutely USELESS product that is far cheaper elsewhere.
Their money back guarantee doesn't work. I'm still waiting after 4 weeks. I'm not optimistic of ever getting it.
I bought the pressure washer that is supposed to reach 30 feet. It would only do that if you were aiming it down a 30 foot hole. I'm serious!
They show it cleaning a patio. Not a chance in the real world.

Speedy delivery. Product did the job I needed.
Contacted customer service for help on consumables, was told they would be available soon. However, I was disappointed in one respect that one of the nuts on the wheels fell off and JML have no way to replace it. Fortunately on this occasion I found it in the grass. Make sure you watch this aspect as nowadays there are few DIY stores that would hold such items.

I ordered and received a bra I saw advertised on TV, Looked good, it wasn’t…wey to small and I ordered my proper size. 42, XL. It would have fitted me when I was 15..rediculous…to top it all I have to pay to send it back. NO NO NO NO JML SHOPPING FOR ME EVER AGAIN.

JML beaded shower head plus! Is a fantastic product from JML, coukdnt believe the difference! In power and flow and performance it made to my shower! It is a game changer for sure! I woukd definately recommend this product to anyone who wants to boost their shower head performance, it’s worth every penny! My family members have this shower head and recommended it to me! So I immediately ordered one( the JML shower plus one( for ALL electric and power showers) just make sure you order the power plus one! as this one woukd be tie right shower head for ALL showers, as they do another beaded one very similar, but it states it’s NOT recommended for Eke tric showers, ONLY the SHOWER-PLUS one is the right one for ELECTRIC showers, but once you have this product you’ll never look back! It’s fabulous! I love it! So nice to have my shower transformed by this shower head, please keep stocking this product JML as I couldn’t live without it now, love the ideas from JML, a very happy JML customer! and I will be purchasing more items from JML direct in the near future, thank you! Brilliant products, very fairly priced
I loved all the items I bought from JML. The face powder foundation is the best I’ve had to date. I couldn’t tell you how much money I’ve wasted on much more expensive ones that just sit badly on my skin.
It was easy to place my order and I received the items promptly. I am a very happy customer.

Heavy duty Shovel - Excellent price
I have been looking for a substantial serated shovel but they were all very expensive. JML offered this one at a bargain price. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It is a strong well made shovel. Delivery was quick and smooth. Excellent buy!

Frustrating bad
Frustrating bad - received as a gift, but accessories crammed in the box case when opened and this kinked the water feed hose. Couldn't unkink it as it had a plastic memory so went back to having multiple collapsed bends in the pipe which stopped the unit working.
I spent and hour try to fix it when washing our motorhome which I failed to do - save your money and use a normal hose pipe
