Didn't even receive my order
Ordered a Batman Beyond Funko pop nearly a month ago and haven't received anything on it until I followed up on it myself just to find out that they hadn't even had the Funko in stock and they are waiting on it to be delivered. Waste of my time and my money and I have requested a refund.

Well packaged but damaged box
Decently fast delivery - 1 week after purchase. They are well packaged, however one of three I ordered had excessive damage on its box, all torn down one side. As these are display pieces, I would assume you check the state of the funko pop box before packing?

Haven’t received my order
Haven’t received my order, which is a gift for my daughter. It includes 3 items ready immediately and one pre-order item that was due by 31/12/25.
They don’t message you with any updates, so you have to chase them and when they reply they have no idea when the item will arrive anyway.
They hold the entire order until the pre-orders ready so I am without the entire order.
Would not order from this company again and am considering cancelling this order.
