I've used Gamersheek multiple times over the past couple of years for different Pop Up Parades. Preorders aren't always the quickest but if you're willing to wait a year for them to be made to begin with, I don't mind waiting an extra month or so if delays happen.

Sean and Emma have always been fantastic at helping me with any issues, so just wanted to put a positive review up for a company that has always done well by me.

Great service!

I feel compelled to leave a review because I noticed a lot of bad ones highlighting dispatch times, it seems people can't read the very clear dispatch times on the product pages!
I had a great experience, it shipped really quickly (I ordered figures that only took 1-2 days to dispatch), great communication, well packaged and they even gave me a voucher because of a mistake on their 2 for £40 deal, overall great service and I'll definitely be using this site again!

No updates, can’t cancel, poor customer service

I ordered a figure over two weeks ago and never received any updates or shipping information. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told I couldn’t because it was a “special order.”

This wasn’t clearly stated during checkout, and the cancellation policy was hidden on another page of the website. Customer service just repeated the same policy and didn’t try to help at all.

Really disappointing experience—won’t be ordering from here again.

Thank you for your review.

Our product pages, clearly state that the product you ordered was a "special order item" available for dispatch in 14 working days.

The checkout also advises that the dispatch will be in 14 working days.

We have a full page dedicated to Special Order items on our website so customers are aware that we are unable to cancel these orders as we order the stock in when they are requested from customers.

I apologise that you feel this way, I hope that the other retailers you use can fulfil your requirements to a "higher" standard than ourselves.

unless it’s a preorder, don’t expect them to have a figure in stock. they don’t update the listings and i had to get my order cancelled and refunded. really disappointing. customer service is fast at responding tho, that’s a plus

Unable to locate order and instead of refunding me I was charged again…

On 22/10/24 I received a notification from Gamersheek to say that F4F Warp Star Kirby was back in stock so I immediately placed an order and paid for next delivery. After not receiving any update or dispatch notification I contacted Gamersheek and was advised that my order would be leaving the warehouse by the end of the week. However on 30/11/24 (8 days after placing my order) I received a further email to say that the warehouse were unable to locate my order and that I would be refunded but instead of refunding me I was then charged a further £239.95 and had to wait for a refund. UPDATE: I will post updates and amend my score as necessary when Gamersheek actually respond to my emails.

Great Service

Figurine I ordered came in great condition and very quickly after ordering. One of the better options for anime shops that operate in the UK... will be buying from them again. :-)

Nice customer service

I had to cancel 1 of my items due to it being 3 weeks overdue with no updates (this was a special order item).

Oddly enough I had no issues with pre-orders and my figure was delivered on time.

They cancelled another one of my orders because they couldn't locate it within the warehouse and it was 3 weeks overdue.

Customer service was really nice though and apologised and I got a refund.

So gamersheek is hit or miss.

Fantastic company

I order from Gamersheek pretty often, I've had at least 20 orders I'm guessing by now over the years. All of them have arrived safely and any issues if there were any, were solved with an email directly to customer service. It's amazing that we have a local figure company in the UK that stocks such specialist products. For anyone reading the trustpilot before ordering and you are wondering, yes Gamersheek are legitimate, and if you have any questions or issues, their email support will be able to help you. Give them a chance! They have always treat me well and all of their figures are genuine and at great prices.

What do I even do with this?

Really don't know how this managed to happen, but, well, I pre-ordered something around the end of march, about £250. Honestly? Completely forgot about it, only thing I remembered was that it was meant to ship around September-October. Didn't hear anything about it. I check now and the site's gone through an upgrade, they need me to reset my password so I do, go onto my order history, nothing there, even the actual item I bought isn't listed on their store, like at all. That can't be right. I mean, I've got the email. It even has a hyperlink on the email to the item I bought and it just goes to an error 404. I have the payment in my PayPal history. Don't really know what to make of this.
Edit: Very quick, curt reply. Sorted my problem out immediately, sorry for making a fuss.

I ordered a figure on the 3rd December

I ordered a figure (Akagi from Azur Lane made by Kotobukiya.) on the 3rd December, 2024. The figure was listed as in stock and ready to be sent. I bought it outright.

I receive an email on the 5th (Thursday at around 14:00.) December telling me that my order has been despatched and in the hands of the courier. I'm off for that week so I expect it to turn up the next day and maybe Saturday at the latest: Gamersheek use next day delivery afterall.

The 10th December arrives, no figure and so I finally check the tracking to see where it is.

"We're expecting it
The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail."

Is what it STILL says on the website.

I send an email to Gamersheek and they say it's "strange" and will look into it. (Still the 10th.) It is now the 12th and they still haven't got back in touch with me.
I've contacted Royal Mail and they have said it is not in their system.

This is just shockingly bad practice; on their inhouse style tracking it says the figure was despatched even earlier!

Edit: They Refunded, and I believe without even looking into it which makes me believe they never sent it to begin with (despite telling me it is in the hands of the courier.).
What's even worse is that I had to chase this up.

I will now never know what even happened and if it could happen again. First mention of refund and they jumped at it. Very irresponsible business practices. You wouldn't issue a refund if you believed it to be on the way to the customer, surely?

The figure was of my favourite anime character too, so I am absolutely gutted. I shan't lie.

I can categorically advise that this parcel was put into the Royal Mail network.

At this time of year we refund all "missing" parcels in full and deal with Royal Mail internally rather than making customers wait the 10 working days before making claims as we don't want customers losing out through no fault of their own.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

I have had a look and I can source another figure, it will cost slightly more than the price you paid, however as an apology, I can certainly absorb the extra cost so you don't have to pay anything else.

Useless communication

Useless communication, items didn’t arrive for weeks and after all that one item got refunded. I sent many emails and ended getting a reply on messenger.
Overall very poor communication

I have to hold my hands up on this one, unfortunately your order came in when we were transitioning to a new ecommerce platform and also installing a new customer service solution to try and fix the issues we had been having.

During the cross over things didn't go as smoothly and certain stock errors carried over and that is why you didn't get the last item.

We hope that we have "fixed" these issues, our customer service portal is now active and we "should" be more communicative via these channels.

I hope that you will give us another chance in the future.

What's the point of pre-ordering when you won't have it on release??

I pre ordered a nendoroid back in January this year, which was due to release in July. However Gamersheek didn't have it on release! They've delayed the dispatch date multiple times and now I'm being told I won't get it until the end of October because apparently that's when their supplier gets it?? What was the point in me pre ordering then?? I could've just bought it elsewhere if that was the case, it was available in other online retailers on release!

Also my past 2 orders with them, I've had to literally remind them to send me my orders via email, as they just forget! I used to like this site but it's gone downhill so bad. I've also noticed the items on their site are more expensive too. In future I'm just going to order directly from Goodsmile, at least with them I'll get it on release day and for cheaper!
