Audi A6 ongoing fuel system fault
I brought an A6 in December 2023. I was informed it was free of defect. It had a fuel system fault, central locking fault and a climate control fault. The car has been returned 15 times in 20 months and remains defective. Poole Audi offered to buy back at trade price not retail price or £200 toward a alternative car same model and age with less mileage priced at 9.5K more.
Certain members of the sales team could not lie straight in bed. If you want to buy an Audi, please go some where else and save yourself from an horrendous experience.

Buying a pre-owned Audi Q8
I knew I wanted to buy an Audi for replacement of my old car, and Hayley Keeping, Poole Audi sales, found me exactly the right vehicle to fit my planned specification at an acceptable price.
This was the Q8 model with an already built in, electrically operated tow hitch I required. The 2019 car has already covered 55,000 miles but was in immaculate condition and I was convinced it would cover more than double that in its life.
After a test drive, Hayley professionally talked me through the modern complexities of the buying process and explained and demonstrated the technicalities of the powerful, advanced modern vehicle (compared to my old car).
Poole Audi and the staff at the company gave me the service I wanted and sold me the car fit for my requirements.

Sales very professional but Tow Bar Issue
Sales dept very patient and professional. The unvailing/ presentation of new car was a pleasant surprise. Only down side was i wanted a tow bar but Audi wanted 2K for it & even then had none available. If I got Tow Bar fitted by another professional fitter my 2 year warranty would be void.

Poor Management and Communication
Nothing but problems, since I picked up my new Q5 SLine Audi 2025
Technician cracked the consule prior to handover. This was replaced, back window cover not fitted correctly, no date for replacement. 7 faults on the car, car transported back to Poole Audi. Communication appalling throughout the experience. Technicians worked on it for three days. Could not fix initially, having to call Audi UK. Due to faults and management asked for a refund. Very poor communication from branch manager and after sales manager
Felt no alternative but to accept market value after only 3 months brand new at the time losing a lot of money. Made a official complaint to Audi UK. Outcome as the car is now traded back to Poole matter closed. Leadership and Management poor, communication poor. Would I use Poole audi again, No

Terrible customer service
Nothing but problems since the sale of my new q7 and now I need a repair and the customer service is non-existent and very frustrating! Waited over a week for a repair and they can’t even phone with an update!
Then when I call for an update it’s incorrect information again and car isn’t ready when they said it would be.
For the price of a new Audi you would expect a half decent customer service where they actually speak to each other and the departments and maybe pop you a call.
Sadly I don’t think I can deal with an unprofessional company like this for much longer so will be parting ways as soon as I can end my finance with them.

Superb service from Poole Audi
I took my Audi A3 in for its major service at Poole Audi and could not fault the whole process. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and efficient.
The service centre itself is absolutely amazing, and even a while-you-wait service is not a chore at all. There are plenty of places to work, and the addition of the beauty salon is just wonderful. I took the opportunity to have a massage while I waited, and I can honestly say this was probably the most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a garage!
We previously owned an Audi A4 and had visited the old Poole Audi some years ago, where we always received excellent service. It’s great to see that this level of service has not changed—and has even been scaled up—since the move to the new service centre.
My car was returned lovely and clean, and the Audi Cam video from the engineer who serviced my car was clear, concise, and very reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning to Audi for my next service, knowing my car is in good hands.

Fantastic customer experience with Hayley Keeping at Poole Audi
My recent experience with Hayley Keeping at Poole Audi has been fantastic. I was slightly daunted at the thought of purchasing a car from a dealership and expected a pushy approach, however this wasn’t my experience at all and Hayley made me feel reassured throughout the entire process.

Highly recommend Poole Audi…
If you are looking to purchase an Audi then I highly recommend Poole Audi and especially Laura, who is an amazing sales specialist. She answered all my many questions quickly and everything was explained thoroughly.
Collecting the car felt special and Laura took the time to go through the many features of the car. This was very important to me as my new car is a huge upgrade compared to my previous car.

Using Poole Audi is very easy. The service staff were very attentive, polite, and knew what was needed.
I was invited to have a seat and offered a drink while I waited.
The small job didn't take long, I was offered a car wash and nothing seemed too much trouble.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work required.
