I’m very happy with the service & product
I’m very impressed with the service, price & quality. Before I ordered I ran the idea past a member of the family who used to run a plant nursery and has had a great deal of experience in helping people install ponds. He thought the butyl pond liner to be well priced and is very happy with the product.

Very efficient
UV light for Blagdon Affinity Pond delivered almost the next day when I was expecting 3-5 days, so very efficient, thank you. Only just installed it and it is working. Hope it sorts the problem I have with algae.

The courier company couldn't find me
Pond superstores despatched my parcel within 24hrs. The courier company however couldn't find my front door, it's bright yellow, they even tried to deliver it to the wrong road. Luckily my house number on that road has flats in it so they called and asked which flat number it was. Pity they didn't bother to check the road sign

Product works fine, but delivery took at least a week longer than advised. We had already lost our 6 goldfish, but the delay may have been crucial if they still alive
