Customer service
Policywave have gone above and beyond with their service. When renewing my driving instructor insurance and out of the country, they kept in contact via email to help make the process stress free.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Only issue was the payment. It doesn’t seem to like Santander Bank. Got sorted using other method. Staff very friendly & ptofessional throughout.

Always found policywave easy to deal…
Always found policywave easy to deal with. They always send my renewal quote out to me roughly 3 weeks before its due to start, of which this year once again the quote was a fair price. When i ring up to accept and go ahead its dealt with straight away, no messing about.

Been with policy wave for a few years now, renewal is easy enough but can be annoying as you have to just round and find a lower quote and they will match it. The service you get when you have to make a claim is excellent

the level of competance in the staff at policywave is high, they know there stuff and get the job done quickly. very helpful in all aspects of the process for what i needed. will definitely use them again when renewing time comes round.
