Regelrechte diefstal
Hun advertenties op sociale media abonneren je direct op hun dienst wanneer je op een link klikt. Als je per ongeluk op de link klikt, koppelen ze automatisch je telefoonnummer en abonneren ze je op hun dienst. Geen tweestapsverificatie of waarschuwing! Blijkbaar heb ik ergens op gedrukt. Voor je het weet, wordt er een rekening voor een maandelijks NBA-abonnement van €24,99 naar mijn provider gestuurd. Dit is al de tweede maal dat ik met die bende te doen heb. Ze krijgen één ster omdat het relatief eenvoudig is om jou 'abonnement' te beëindigen. Ondertussen hebben ze wel al 50 € van mijn rekening gestolen. Vraag om terugbetaling? Hahaha!!! En Orange werkt daar aan mee!

Their ads on social media instantly subscribe on their service when you click a link
If you accidently click the link(which is huge) they automatically link your phone number and subscribe it to their service.
No two step verification or alert whatsoever!!
I apperently put my phone in my pocket and forgot to lock it(which can happen to anybody). The ad was opened and then the link was clicked by accident. Next thing you know a bill for a monthly NBA pass of €24,99 was sent to my provider
This are mob practices and they should be sued for fraud!

Scam! Not paying!
There was no 2 step verification for this. Like I accidentally would do a 2 step verification for something I don't even know about. Now you expect to call your helpdesk? I have no knowledge about anything. No notification, no mail, no customer number. You expect me to call and give scammers my personal info? I'm solving this via Testaankoop. And I'm switching my number.
Scam! No consent from my side. No knowledge about the company. Yet I was charged 50€ via my Orange invoice? They managed to charge me twice in 1 month? I am not paying for something I didn't consent to and don't even want. Filed a complained with Testaankoop and Orange.

They’ve added 150€ to my telephone bill, for false services (that I wasn’t even aware of being subscribed to!). When you protest, they seem to be willing to help out, but they just keep on lying about refunding! They want you to think it’s your own provider that is not willing to refund.
Read all the negative reviews…nobody asked PMconnect for a service! Nobody knew they had something to do with them, untill it was too late and they already had lost money!
And then PMconnect replies to the negative reviews as if they were a proper firm, seemingly concerned about “their clients”.
There are no clients here, only VICTIMS!
They just want to look good so providers wouldn’t cut them out! In Belgium PROXIMUS already stopped collaboration. I hope others to do the same…

We ensure we adhere to all regulations and guidelines to protect our customers and our brand partners. We do this by enforcing a two step secure process in subscribing to any one of our digital services, followed by a confirmation SMS detailing the service and the subscription along with how to cancel at any time. This is supported further by monthly SMS reminders, again detailing how to cancel should they wish. There is then details on the monthly bill to ensure it is visible to customers what they are paying for.

like others charges added to my bill without my consent or knowledge under a fake service called 3pointer.tv, so far seems to be mainly 3 mobile customers, same on them for allowing this. For uk victims contact 3 and ombudsman. I will be taking legal action

I did not accept these charges and I’m dead sure because even when I dial *135*997# my VAS services say there has been No subscription service yet my statement has this charge. Vodacom, please don’t mess around with me I am on pension and cannot afford this, i am in serious need of money and we can’t accept bogus charges. Once again.... you cannot speak to a human. When will you reverse all charges...

Scammed like everyone else
The same story as everyone else. I apparently signed up for LiveFootball.tv via PM Connect, something that I would never ever do. To claim that I did it inadvertently is nonsense as I am a pretty savvy user. I lost €15 before discovering this scam. My experience is in Belgium, via a Belgian telecommunications company Proximus. PM Connect's dishonest ways know no boundaries.

PM Connect is continuing to exploit the…
PM Connect is continuing to exploit the gap in regulations and take money from 'subscribers' who have no knowledge of what services they have signed up to. Regardless of the entreaties from PM Connect below, the facts remain.
My wife has had an identical experience to some of those below, unwittingly subscribing to a service she's never used. We have no idea how this happened but it went unnoticed for a very long time given the billing was handled on a corporate account and never challenged until now. There is no evidence that she used the service beyond the initial click or received any of the so-called SMS verifications.
There are changes afoot to address this but this does not revalidate 'legacy victims'.
On a positive note they seem to be compensating customers who can demonstrate just cause.
My wife's case is currently unresolved. We are considering escalation.
