I've ordered a pair of earrings and all I've had the email to confirm order with the order number etc.
I've then waited until today (01.07) to contact them to enquire about my order as I've still not received it.
Following my email, I've received a response that I was supposedly contacted by them to advise the earrings were sold out, however no refund has been processed which I thought would be the first thing to do since the item I have purchased was sold out.
I'm not sure how long I would have waited for the refund if I haven't contacted them first.
Only after I've contacted the team, I was given an option for refund.

Update- no issue with refund, dealt promptly and without any fuss.

I purchased the F1 Tag watch from Pleasance & Harper and received it promptly on Monday. The pricing and service were outstanding. Although we saw the watch locally, we decided to order from Pleasance & Harper due to a discount. Despite warnings about ordering online, Pleasance & Harper delivered the timepiece without issues. They have a wide selection of watches and offer fast delivery.
