Excellent communication and service.
This is our 4th watch from P&H and, as always, I’m very pleased with the experience.

Interesting experience. Bought what should have been a nice time piece for my son's 18th. Sadly the watch was not as it should be and needed to be sent back. Whilst this is the fault of the manufacturer, I was surprised a clear sub-optimal example would be allowed to pass quality control checks in the store, prior to being sent out. Mail order is of course a bit of a gamble but there should be checks in place to ensure poor examples don't get dispatched. Having to pay Royal Mail recorded delivery charge due to no error on my part was irritating with no recognition or nod to towards a contribution.

Very friendly staff quick to update and reassure on my order. Took great pride in their store and reputation. Travelled all the way up from London and would do again. Recommended!

First Class Service From a Family Run Business.
I have purchased a number of Omega watches and other items of jewellery from Pleasance and Harper and I have to say the service is first class. In fact I would not purchase from anywhere else. Lee and Matty are a credit to the business, nothing is too much trouble, communication is outstanding. Great from initial query through Chat system, to buying the Longines watch and having it shipped to my home.

Of course needs to have a link or 2 removed to fit me exactly but without having the watch wouldn't know what adjustment needed.
