I've just received a piece of perspex and I can't believe how good it is. Packaged brilliantly. Size is perfect and not a single mark on it.
I hadn't realised companies existed for a single piece. I'm so glad I did my research.

The items were a really good price and were packaged well and delivered really quickly. I am not sure as to why this company has received negative reviews. I have actually placed another order!

Poor product , dirty , broken and used.
Return still not arranged a week later.
No real communication from the company.

I needed a clear plastic disc for a water feature in the garden. I had a query pre order so phoned the company who were extremely helpful and resolved my query. The Perspex sheet arrived when stated, very well wrapped. The disc fits perfectly. If I need any more, I’ll know who to contact. All in all, excellent.

Very easy to order and arrived in good time. Exactly what I was looking for and the dimensions were perfect.

Very easy to use website with a range of MDF to order from. Prompt delivery

I ordered four small 6mm perspex rectangular sheets and paid nearly £12 for their so-called express postage, which claimed delivery within 2 business days. In reality, it took a full week to arrive. That makes the express option a complete waste of money. When you read the small print, none of their postage options are actually guaranteed, which begs the question: what is the point of offering an “express” service at a premium price if it doesn’t deliver any faster? Very disappointing and misleading.

Item came exactly as I ordered it within a reasonable time, It's just a shame I ordered the wrong size

Terrible experience. First time I have used this company and they cancelled my order without explanation I filled I all the correct details ect. I had to login on there website to find out.
Didn't even have the decency to email me and let me know

Great service from this company. Sales staff were very helpful and polite. Accurate details were passed over by myself and was double checked by staff before dispatch. Item delivered securely packaged and on time. I would definitely recommend to any other shoppers.

Ordered composite aluminium sheet cover for access panel very easy to order came week later exactly to size as per my order .

I broke the side of my son's PC which was glass and needed a perspective replacement. Cost-effective well packaged and very quick to deliver 

This is an absolutely superb company ! I placed an order for two precisely measured shelves to go inside a very confined work space, and the supplied shelves fitted PERFECTLY.
The order arrived really quickly within 5 days, and the finishing of these items was absolutely as perfect as the measurements
I will definitely be using these people for any further orders of cut-to-size items !

I ordered 2 (400x300x3mm) plastic sheets, the price was right and delivery time very good. This enabled me to complete my bird table in good time.
Very happy with the service I received.

Beware of their unrealistic delivery times and stock levels.
EXPRESS DELIVERY FROM STOCK,still waiting for it on day 35......

When the item was ordered, the website showed the item as "IN STOCK". The Shipping information on the check out page for "EXPRESS DELIVERY" showed "Estimated between Tuesday 16th December and Wednesday 17th December" when the order was placed on 15th December at 15:13.

I accept that sometimes deliveries can get delayed, but to be told on 5th January 2026 that you are still waiting for the item to be received before you can ship almost two weeks after the order, I find unacceptable and totally misleading.
My request for a full refund was met with the following response from customer service:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to honour your cancellation request at this time, as we are still within our 30-day contract.
As your order is Bespoke, we have 30 days to get your order to you correctly."
Today is day now DAY 35, a further request for a full refund has been made.
UPDATE: Refund now agreed.

Have bought lots of acrylic sheeting from this company. Always arrives well packaged. Recently had great customer service off Hayley who helped me when my latest ordered briefly went missing en route to me. Resolved quickly.

I ordered a bespoke Perspex sheet on 8 Jan and it has yet to arrive. Phoned the company to be told the tracking number provided doesn’t work, so I just have to wait for it to turn up. Looks like I am by no means the only person to have such problems with their despatch. Not good for a p&p charge of over £8 for a smallish bit of Perspex….

Read your emails! Ridiculous.

Order placed on Monday 12th 19:19. The following day on the 13th at 07:56 I emailed them through the address on their website requesting the order be cancelled. The order wouldnt have even been processed at all at this point. Received no response.

Sent another email requesting confirmation of cancellation at 15:55 on the 13th.

Still no response by the next day.

Wednesday 14th 12:37 email received from them confirm the item had been despatched.

Item delivered just now on the 15th at 11:25 AND STILL no email or anything from them.

Easy to order but completely unable to cancel an order, which is especially a problem if you've ordered a cut to measure item like i did. HENCE i contacted them as soon as i could to cancel. But theyve completely ignore emails to do so. Their ticket system is utterly useless.

Would not recommend purely based on this. Its really not professional at all. Now im stuck with this item I no longer need.

Avoid this company!

I ordered a bespoke sized small perspex sheet, then quickly realised I no longer needed it. I messaged them within 20 minutes of the order and told them I wished to cancel.

They came back to me and told me that as the order is bespoke size I was unable to cancel the order. When I queried this they sent me a copy of their T&C's which apparently explain this but at no point during the entire purchase process did this company make me aware this was the case.

I have asked them 3 times to raise an official complaint regarding this and have also asked them for a copy of their complaints procedures but they done neither. The product was only £15 however there is a principle involved here.

Customer service is appalling. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Quick service but all the radius cuts where on the wrong side of the plastic even though in the comments when I ordered i wrote "for the avoidance of doubt, the perspex will be positioned portrait and the radius cuts need to be on the top edges and not the bottom". Edges are meant to smooth but they are rough as toast..multiple cracks and chips. Total garbage and waste of £££. Nobody answers multiple emails...when you ring they act dumb and say you need to call another number that nobody answers.
