As returning customer when booking our cruise went very smooth, Kate was exceptional, getting our cabin which we asked for, will definitely use planet cruise again.

I couldn't disagree more with the description about experience. I have never had such bad service. Every question I ask about my booking takes a week or more, if at all, to answer. I absolutely detest using them, I hate the fact that I have paid them £9000 to be treated so badly.

Mark was very helpful in helping u chose the right cabin and helped us through the booking process, very polite and considerate.

Amazing Agent, booked 2 cruises for myself and also my sister. Unfortunately lost one of the cabins due to not being able to use two payment cards. Therefore process took a little longer but we got want we wanted. Agent extremely helpful, knowledgeable, calm and efficient.

The lady who dealt with our holiday details, a Ms Jessica Peters, was excellent in assisting with our choice of cruise & details. An asset to the company.
