Pizza Express Omdömen 

We went to Pizza express at the Fort Edinburgh, the waitress was really nice and friendly, but the pizza was so small and not much to it , I remember going to PE before lockdown and the pizza was massive and really filled you up , sorry PE won’t be going back

was an hour late. chicken was dry like it was there for hours. chips soggy . gravy not sure what it was taste nothing like it. never again avoid.

Eastbourne restaurant for delivery.

Very poor, food took a little longer to arrive than it said it would. The food was cold when it arrived and the delivery person was too engrossed in a phone conversation to listen to requested delivery number so they had to ask several times. They only warm dish was the pizza, unfortunately the base wasn’t cooked.

Went to Pizza Express in Caterham, Surrey last Saturday evening before going to the Miller Centre Theatre. My daughter and I both had pizzas but my wife had their Crispy Chicken Buddha Bowl.
Whilst our pizzas were excellent, the "Crispy" Chicken in the bowl was more like Soggy Chicken Buddha Bowl! The coating on the chicken was soft and like wet cardboard and the chicken was barely warm. My wife guesses that it had been cooked and put to one side for quite a while before being put into her bowl. She left most of the chicken, but, as usual, she "didn't want to make a fuss", and so didn't complain. I wish she had!

We had a work event with pizza express taunton and the service was amazing, the pizza tasted fabulous and we didn't have to wait ages for our order which sometimes happens as we are a big group.

Es freut mich, dass die Pizza schnell geliefert wurde und gut geschmeckt hat. Fünf Sterne sind ein tolles Lob!

Pizza Express Eltham

Only one chef on Joao, but still served a delicious pizza quickly. He was flat out! The other chef was Acting manager for the day!

The chef should be paid double, and Pizza Express Eltham need to employ more staff!

I had a wonderful dinner with my family at Pizza Express in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth yesterday. Despite how busy it was, our food was served promptly and perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. We were all very impressed!

Ich habe immer gerne bestellt und war auch begeistert. Aber heute war ich mehr als enttäuscht. Essen war kalt und ungenießbar.

We arrived to Pizza Express in Weybridge at 20:30, our food and drink order was taken promptly (almost too promptly to have a chance to fully peruse the menu!).

This live update begins 45 minutes into our wait (with some previous updates):

Our drinks arrived after 20 minutes of ordering and we received a refill.

We have asked our server about our food after 45 mins, to be told that it is in the oven! I would typically cook a pizza for 10-12 minutes and it has been 20 minutes since our food reached the oven, I hope that our food is not an imminent fire hazard!

Our table neighbours are also hungry and confused.

Their doughballs have arrived after 60 minutes, they are hungry and angry and want their main meal. The server has some excuses. And suddenly their main meals arrive!

We await our food. Judging by our table neighbours, we may have 15 more minutes to wait.

I am close to nibbling on the tacky autumn decor leaves scattered around for some sustenance.

I become more concerned about our food (/fire hazard) which has now been in the oven for 30+ minutes.

When we finally receive our main, our starter has not yet arrived! Importantly, we are told that the Head Chef is 8 months pregnant and not able to fulfil the orders and therefore the manager is now the chef. I feel that this is less the fault of the pregnant chef and more the fault of poor planning and management. I hope the pregnant chef is well looked after through her maternity (which I should know nothing about per GDPR Special Category Data?!).

We are given some free Aperol Spritz’ which does lighten the mood and a percentage off our meal.

Overall, our servers tried to navigate a difficult evening very well. They had obvious catch-phrases from management to recite (your food is in the oven; the chef is 8 months pregnant) as means of placating their guests. My review is a criticism of the management of this restaurant and not its front of house team who coped well.

We finally escape at 22:00.

Wir bestellten 7 Familienpizzen für 25 Personen, sie kamen heiß, pünktlich und ohne Komplikationen in das Umwelthaus Maasholm.
Die Pizzen waren riesig und wir haben die Reste am nächsten Tag nochmal aufgewärmt und sie waren immer noch lecker.

Jeg kontakter pizza Express ang. vi har fået forkert pizza. De siger, at de har fået nyt menukort, og det er bare ærgerligt. Jeg tænker at hvis man har fået nyt menukort, så er det god stil at spørge om kunder er opmærksom på det, så de ikke risikerer en forkert bestilling, men det gjorde de ikke. Jeg undersøger herefter menukort
Det interessante er, at jeg får korrekt en pizza sandwich - men den har et andet nummer på nyt menukort, og der er slet ikke en nummer 64 på nyt menukort - allerede der skulle de måske have spurgt ind til bestilling - og henvise til nyt menukort
SÅ en pizza er efter nyt menukort - pizza sandwich kan åbenbart bestilles efter gammelt menukort, da nummer ikke findes på nyt menukort. Derudover var jeg meget skuffet over pizzasandwich - den var meget lille og næsten ikke noget fyld - havde en underlig og kedelig smag.
Så kiggede jeg på wolt - der kan man bestille efter gammelt menukort - og ikke det nye menukort!!!
Vi stod dermed med en dyr pizza, som vi ikke kunne li (104 kr.)
Meget dårligt service - ved henvendelse siger de "vi har fået nyt menukort" (men ikke spørger ind til ordre for at gøre kunder opmærksom på det ved bestilling - specielt når et af numrene ikke findes på nyt menukort), og så laver mad efter både nyt og gammelt menukort, og det ville have været god stil at spørge ind til om kunder var opmærksom på nyt menukort.

Booked a table at Stockton Heath, arrived on time to be told our table wouldn't be ready for another 30-60 minutes. Staff apologetic but no solutions offered, need to learn about proper customer service. Given we'd booked on line, Pizza Express could and should have warned us of the mistake before we travelled (several of us from out of town) Disgusted.

We entered the restaurant one hour an a half ago and we are still waiting for out pizza. It’s simply unacceptable. The staff just can cope with the amount of orders. I’m presuming that alll the take aways amd deliveries are taking priority over the people in the restaurant, and the result is an shocking 1 hour and 15 minutes still waiting for our pizzas.
We are a famiily with two small children, amd we have order some starters that disappeared pretty quickly and took like 30 mins to arrive.
We were celebrating and this ruiined it all. We are not coming back and I strongly recommend to avoid this restaurant.

I went there with my kids and we got a pizza and it was dirty and tasted like literal poo like human feces and my sprite tasted like poss as they pissed in it while I was drinking it and the sweetcorn was screaming and scaring my kids and they also had a p*rnhub link and advertisement on the menu and they stole my kids and locked them in a freezer and this was 3 years ago and I still can’t get my kids back

Ordered a delivery from pizza express Harrogate for myself and my little boy because I’m ill at the minute and can’t drive to a shop. We ordered a margarita and sides. When it arrived, it was a pepperoni and wrong sides. I called the restaurant and spoke to a man who said he was a ‘manager’ called Christian. I explained that we’d received the incorrect order, thinking he would be helpful and apologetic,.. he jumped straight to the defence to say that the driver had got the orders mixed up and tried to tell me that ‘these drivers’ have 3-4 orders that they deliver in one go and that it’s only ‘human nature’ to make mistakes. I get that. I work in customer service myself and manage a team of 9. Mistakes happen. But this ‘manager’ was not helpful, he didn’t apologise. I asked him what I should do because I’m a single parent and I’m poorly and I was ordering this as a treat for the last day of the summer holidays and couldn’t afford to order something else. This ‘manager’ told me that there’s nothing he could do and he won’t be offering anything in terms of compensation for next time we come in.

I have reported this to Deliveroo who are offering me a credit but it takes up to 10 days and I physically don’t have the money in the bank to order the kids anything else.

Christian’s attitude and lack of empathy was vile. He didn’t even apologise. What an embarrassment to himself and also as a representative of Pizza Express.

Me and my parents and brother and his family come to this Harrogate restaurant every Friday. Our bill is approximately £300 every single Friday night for the last 20 years. We actually joke about how much we’ve spent there over the years!

I also order from you for my staff at the end of the month.

We won’t be coming back. Great food, but shocking customer service and interaction.

It wasn’t about the incorrect pizza. I’m fully aware these things happen. So this is not the drivers fault. It was about not being bothered enough to try to put it right when I called.

Christian is an embarrassment to himself and the business.

We were at pizza express fort kinaird Edinburgh with our little dog. So of course we didn't go inside. We sat outside. As there was no signs. But the boss of pizza express came out and said we couldn't sit outside with our dog its there policy. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people. The fact is we were out side other places allow you to sit outside. In fact we went to Fanky & Benny's and they welcomed us and water for our dog. Please avoid pizza express. He couldn't even give us a reason just said its our policy.
