Pizza Express Omdömen 

Welwyn Garden City branch - good food and, having taken advantage of a number of half term offers, great value for money. BUT....

after having been there an hour (we arrived at 5pm), and having ordered food more than 40 minutes previous, nothing had arrived. It seems this was a combination of prioritising "take away deliveries"( judging by the constant stream of delivery guys) and our waitress disappearing for more than half an hour!

I can't speak for other parents but our children have a strict bedtime, and bedtime routine, something which PE staff and management seem to be oblivious to! Odd given that the offers are "Kids eat free" so they shouldn't be surprised.

We ordered a pizza meal and we live in Braintree Essex
After 1.5 hrs a confused uber delivery guy called our home saying he was outside our house and could we come and get the meal, no one was there when he called again we discovered he was in Sheffield and not Essex
We tried to call the restaurant without success and so never got our meal, when we contacted the complaints they insisted it was not in Sheffield and had in their view been delivered and so there would be no refund or apology.
Inference being we were either fools or liars.
Really poor it was several days later refunded and a voucher given as recompense however really poor experience and quite a rude and undefined staff

Euston Rd branch. Having booked a table, arrived to be told they had no internet so it's cash only! Not a good start! Of course, staff having problems with customers finding cash or having to calculate how much they had. Service, not the best. Despite being a member of their club, I'll vote with my feet & go to just about anywhere else!

I visited Pizza Express at Xscape Castleford today. Two of our pizzas had to be sent back as they were only just warm and we had to eat our food with our coats on as the air conditioning was blowing out cold air. It became obvious that people were complaining as they brought out large electric heaters. Not a pleasant experience, I will not be returning

I visited Pizza Express in Romford on 14th January and had a very good experience. I was served by the deputy Manager , Manisha, who was very helpful. She helped me to sign up for Pizza Express App and obtain my 2nd pizza for £1. My sister and I both had the vegan pizza and my sister is still raving about it.

I live in London Havering upminster and I received impeccable service by a girl called jasmine in upminster pizza express. She was very friendly, attentive and overall great service.

NEAVER USE THIS RESTAURANT!!!
Food is sent out cold, pizza is slapped together with no care in the world and looked like a child had made it. Pasta was awful, order the chicken and chorizo and it was a couple of bits of minced chicken with no sign of a piece of chorizo unless it has gone though the mincer with the chicken.
Manager just passed the the buck and told us to spend more money on another order and he would through in a desert and drink. He also said we should not use justeat and only yo use deliveroo. Why are they using justeat if this is how they feel. End of the story, is we are left with food you can not and do not want to eat, no refund and a whole load of excuses from their manager. This company is a joke and should not be in the food game if this is how they represent themselves.

Went to St Neots Branch with my family. I could not fault it. Everybody really enjoyed the food. Extremely tasty. Our server Chloe was brilliant and the food arrived promptly. I might add that I received the same service at the Hitchin Branch. Will be definitely be returning to Pizza Express.

Extremely disappointed. Rang twice and emailed to enquire about booking a making and eating pizza party for my 9 students, as they love pizza express and our school is just a road away from the Coulsdon branch. Got no reply despite getting management email. Ended up
going somewhere else much further away, but spent £180. Great loss for pizza express.

We went to white City-Westfield London
They gave us the wrong bills since I have 2 little kids I didn’t check the bill. Very bad service I went to complained but didn’t sort it out till now and I talked to the manager nothing.

We visited the Harlow branch, where the service was friendly and professional. Our waitress was attentive and informative about menu options. It was great to have such a good choice of tasty gluten free food. Our starters, doughballs, pizzas and coffees were all delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy and we enjoyed the choice of music.

Unverschämtheit, 70€ bezahlt für 1 Verbrannte Pizza, 2 x versalzene Champions aus der Dose, 2x 250gr für Nudeln die alles andere als Geschmack haben und ein Schnitzel was mehr nach Salz geschmeckt hat als nach Jägersoße.
Nie wieder!!!

i use pizza express Stanmore/Radlett branches. this is the best pizza chain in the uk by far. i eat in once a month using special offers/vouchers provided by pizza express. staff/management are over worked but service is good , management decisions are restrained by corporate office where no one ever worked in a restaurant but despite this the staff in the restaurant are always great.

Got what we thought was a great deal from the Carmarthen branch £24.95 for three courses.
Book for 4 people we thought for lunch time tomorrow when we rang to confirm, all four of my party would have to download the app individually to claim offer that was sent to my phone.

Total con no more visits from my family, shame as it was local and would have been visited many times in 25!

I was v impressed with Pizza express in Harrogate N. Yorks, the staff were brilliant the young girl was very attentive yet not overly intrusive..The Starter was quite good but don’t think i’d have Goujons again.. But the main thin crispy pizza was sensational..my friend didn’t get what he ordered,I got his instead, they got the orders mixed up.. but they rectified and gave my friend another pizza Etc..then we got a free ice cream too..It was lovely and clean,great ambience etc..The only one criticism, they should have a family area where they can take noisy children there so annoying banging /cluttering and shouting !!!parents need to show some respect and command discipline,Some are Quite frankly outrageous climbing on furniture,running about.. OBSCENE BEHAVIOUR,Take heed parents/Grandparents

I always enjoy pizza express in doncaster, theres a lady in there marta, shes brilliant amazing service, she is very aware of her self and her shop and what she has to offer. Big thumbs up from us also i am gluten and diary free, so is my daughter :) top tier

Ely branch. Please please someone sort out the slow not caring member of staff we encountered tonight.
There was a young girl and a youngish man who were great, but totally on their own to serve, clean up, make drinks, do the take away, take orders and one woman who literally went around with her eyes shut to any customer in there! Disgusted with her attitude. So obvious she didn’t want make eye contact with anyone
We ended up probably getting a parking ticket as we were ignored half the 2 hour time we were in there, which is too long for what was meant to be quick dinner. Will not ever go back. So angry

5 minutes ago I'm leaving pizza express! The service is disgusting. I wait 7 minutes for someone to come and greet me and seat me. No one came! I decided to sit at a table of my choice and again, no one came to serve me for 10 minutes! A couple came after me, they were immediately seated near me! The waitress passed by me several times and saw me, but she still didn't ask me if I wanted a menu. Complete discrimination!
