Truly outstanding. Vast range, good filtering system, easy to navigate and finally simple to book.

Great little stop off site. Lovely food, clean facilities, friendly staff, Lovely dog walking fields which weren’t muddy even after the rain.
Can’t wait to see the finished events field, which at the moment is work in progress.
Would definitely stop again.

Shocking company refund policy should be scrapped we booked a 2 day stay at orcaber camping site a week before we were due to go and unfortunately health issues meant we couldn't make it so cancelled day before due to go . The refund policy states no refund within 4 weeks before holiday so I phoned orcaber expecting that if I explained they would refund money minus deposit but the guy was appalling on the phone basically saying tough you shouldn't have cancelled i then asked for a complaint procedure and he said well you can send an email and I will show it to owner but he won't do nothing the guy was an obnoxious xxxx and I would make sure anyone wanting to stay there do not cancel before the 4 weeks because you will defo not get anything back I for 1 will never book through pitchup again

It gave a great variety of campsites for all ages. It made it easy to book a fun holiday or the family.

The owners were lovely on the telephone and in person. Very basics campsite which is nice for a little stop over. There are toilets and showers which could have done will a little cleaning, but they are functional. Our stay was okay however, woken up at 6am by the gentleman in the caravan next door watching his tv very loudly. We did feel a little out of place visitting as I think most of the people are there long term. The gentleman next to us stared at as whenever we came out of the van as if we shouldn't have been there. We wouldn't stay again but is good for those who want a very quiet stay and to just chill out for a few days. Maybe a bit too quiet for us, as we were unsure of where the footpaths were to walk because the road outside the front.

We searched for a camping site and came across a place called Little Clifden Campsite what a lovely peaceful place to stay Sally the site owner goes out of her way to help with anything you need firewood and change for the showers, the campsite is always clean and tiny the toilet & shower blocks are super clean as they are cleaned three times daily, the shops are within walking distance or a five minute drive to a convenience shop, Tesco Asda delivers to this campsite, beautiful views of the sea lovely place to stay.

Enjoyed the map showing where the campsites were. Also enjoyed the picture and summary of the sites side by side.
Struggled to get it to show me a number of campsites across a wider area - it wanted to narrow it to a county. Once I selected a couple across a wider area, it was really, really slow to show me both. I would have gone elsewhere, but short of time.

Stay clear customer service not great and sites mediocre who have trouble getting bookings elsewhere look online and book direct and you’ll save

Never used before but booked our entire trip to Spain in 20mins!

Do not agree with the refund policy at all wanting to see personal documents such as death certificates if someone passes away, it is Disgusting.

Good range of camper parks, fast booking and payment process, immediate confirmation of the reservation details

Please stay away! And this site doesn’t vet its listed campsite, will take your money and it won’t give you any support in case of problems with the owners or managers. As it happened to me and my friends that we booked the campsite over a month in advance and we have only been adviced 1 day in advance that we cannot have a fire pit or a bbq.
For us that was the whole point of the trip especially as the weather was looking bad during the weekend.
The owner said that their and conditions have changed after my booking and no one let us After trying to call, and emailed the while day the owner answered exactly on the day of departure
As it was such short we could not cancel could not be refunded and could not find any other campsite .
I feel disappointed, deceived and conned
