I had already ordered a half case of wines, but I realised I would run out quickly of the red. So I was more than happy to phone Nick to ask to increase my order. He was more than happy to accommodate my request, and all arrived on time, for my friends and myself to enjoy. Thank you.

Robin is always helpful and goes out of his way to help us locate our favourite wine. It has been so lovely to have the same rep for well over 5 years, during our 25 plus years with Pieroth, we have had many lovely reps, but Robin is our favourite

I have known my wine advisor for many years now and he has become a good friend. He knows what I and my wife like to drink and is always on the look out for new wines or finding my old favourites. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, his calls are always welcome and I never feel under pressure to purchase wine if my cellar is still stocked. It is wonderful to find wines that become firm favourites and this gives you confidence when ordering wine at restaurants.

I have been a customer of Pieroth Wines Ltd for a long period of time. The company's service has always been excellent and helpful when choosing wines together with the choice of wines for sale. Their special offers are good value.

Our wine advisor, James Bennet, is always most informative regarding the wines.He also knows what sort of wine we like and is very helpful in his recommendations. He always lets us know when there is a good offer in which he thinks we might be interested

We have been purchasing from Pieroth for 21years and have had great service. They have a very nice selection of wines which suit our palate as well as a lot more choice. It is not a club so although when you purchase you need to buy a case of 12 you are not obliged to buy every month etc. only when it suits.

I have used Pieroth for many many years now. They offer me wines that can’t be sourced elsewhere. Their fruity European reds from countries like Hungary are delicious and really quite special. They have a fabulous range of fizzes including a spectacular red. I will buy wines from Pieroth for many more years to come.

Ben has taught me a lot about different wines and yours in particular . I am now an expert on Hungarian wines !

Friendly consultant with good knowledge of the wines and knows what I like.
I've never had a bad wine, my preference is red, they are all super smooth and delicious.

Fantastic wines, great service, my wine advisor knows his stuff.

Jay has to call me about 50% of the time because I'm busy but also because I feel we have enough back stock of wines. Very often I order more, especially when there is a wine included that we particularly enjoy or Jay has introduced a different wine, carefully describing its character and comparing it to wines he knows we enjoy. He, and the whole team, are extremely helpful, whether it's for ordering or for processing a payment.

I’ve been a Pieroth customer for probably 30 years. The wines are so good.
Due to health issues and getting older, I don’t order as much wine anymore however I still get the same excellent service from Ben (rep who rings me).
I always recommend Pieroth to friends.

James always is aware of which wines we prefer and knows which to recommend. We would prefer to be offered extra bottles rather than a gift. We would also like to see a discount on number of bottles purchased, perhaps a sliding scale? Or free delivery for a quanity..
This is the first year since Harry (years ago ) retired we have had a constant very good contact.
Pieroth wine's always excellent for customer service.
