Just to clarify, I love burg layer schlosskapelle 'blue'. However, I hadn't ordered wine for a while, but kept getting unsolicited calls from many different numbers from Pieroth, I kept blocking them, they kept coming with different numbers! Anyway, last week I decided to order some 'blue', I said delivery would be an issue during the week, as I am at work and my wife is disabled, the sales rep said no worries, we'll deliberately Saturday. Saturday comes no wine. I ask why, I'm told we dont deliver on a Saturday. So, all this talk by a sales rep, yes sir, no problem sir, Saturday sir, just to get a sale. Poor show.
Well, ive cancelled my order as it hadn't even been processed yet, and Pieroth, you have just lost a customer. All gone to pot sine Jonathon retired

It's always a pleasure dealing with Jonathon Stanley he offers the various wine deals but does not put undue pressure on ne to buy.
Over the years I have had some great wine and some great offers.

The wine is absolutely fabulous, so great that I’m drinking it faster than I can pay for it! Wine rep is lovely, helpful, and considerate. Accounts department are so helpful, and can be contacted by email, for any problems that may arise, and these are quickly resolved. So glad I found out about this company. Cheers, David!

Pieroth is a company that gets to know what you like and to let you know when there are offers on wines that wines you have previously bought and wines you might like without being pushy or hard sell. There wines are quality and value and their delivery is timely. I have been using them for many years without a grumble.

There was a good deal for my favourite wine which is not available in the shops.
