DO NOT USE PHOTOBOOK UK.
For £2.99 of photobook, you need to pay £16 of postage !!
Image quality is not very good.
They save your payment methods, even paypal account, without notifying you and there is no straightforward way to delete that.
BE CAREFUL.

Photos finally arrived...images were hazy with no definition...images were not central on paper...a disaster...and Photobook are expensive...very expensive....avoid like the Plague

Do not use this company. I ordered a 2021 calendar on November 30th for delivery by 7th December. They missed the delivery deadline by quite a few days and when the item arrived it was a 2020 calendar and not a 2021 like I ordered. I even tried to recreate a new calendar but the only template I could use was for 2020. What use is that on the 2nd of January. Avoid at all costs.

Deliberately mislead customers and have ruined a very important Christmas present !!!!

Selling items for Christmas delivery even now when that isn’t possible !!! Just received my tracking 10 days after making my photo book and it’s not going to be here for Christmas despite advising on the website it would be

This is a rip off but they don't respond to reviews or even claim their Trustpilot site. You are deliberately misled and miss sold products.The site is designed to rip people off. I spent hours creating my photobook to the specification of the voucher I bought, but as you are no doubt well aware, I was not offered the option of the exact size landscape book in 8" x 11" I was offered 8" x 11.5" which meant at the end of the painstaking process of creating the book I was suddenly faced with a bill of £51.00 not the £19.00 I was expecting. In fact the £19 I had already spent could only be used towards another project. That this scam is so flagrant is vile, that I have wasted so much of my time not to mention babysitting costs so that I could get this done is worse.

DO NOT USE THE DOWNLOADABLE PC PROGRAM FROM THIS COMPANY!
The program is called Photobook Designer and is available from their website.
It is not possible to then upload your finished book to pay for it and complete the order.
I have been in contact with their "Customer Services" and all they do is stall - the latest is to ask me to take a video of following the step-by-step guidance they sent by email (despite me telling them that I had already tried it that way....several times!) and send it to them.
They obviously don't believe what I tell them.
As for using their web service to make the books - I can't comment, but I wouldn't chance it.
As previous reviewers have stated; it takes an age to prepare these books only to find it's all been a waste of time and energy.

Based on the website... I spent hours making my photobook (as anyone who has uploaded, arranged, set backgrounds knows, it takes a lot of time!). When I went to pay the page wouldn't complete the loading, I spent days hoping in vain that it would work. In the end I gave up and decided to use another company. I had lost of my energy and motivation to repeat the whole process by then though. The product may be nice unfortunately I was never able to get that far, and not for lack of trying.

Edit to reply: It was a few months ago now and I did contact customer service at the time who were unable to fix this particular problem.

Agree with all the other reviews - it's like the voucher sales are a scam as it's impossible to redeem them despite trying to purchase the exact criteria that the voucher is applicable for. The system just says 'not eligible'. I made a calendar that probably took me over an hour to get all the photos and layout, so I nearly cried when it wouldn't work. There's no customer service at all. The first voucher I had also failed for a christmas card and they promised me a credit to use in the future as 'a refund is not our policy'... I am beginning to worry if it's a fraud...

It took me forever to get the book and calendars ready...few hours at least. They do have so many options, probably too many. Finally, I reached a shopping basket and to my shock, found out, the cheapest delivery option is going to cost me £25! That's just obnoxious. After hours spend preparing the order, I ended up spending over £100 plus the delivery because simply I couldn't bare spending any more time doing another book and calendars! Shocking and real rip off.
Nevertheless, it advises the delivery would take 3-5 days. Obviously it's already pass the expected delivery date. After already couple of attempts of me contacting them for an update, no response. I'm going to give it 2 more days, then disputing this with credit card company.

I ordered a hard cover photobook and I am truly happy with it. The print quality is fantastic and the service was brilliant. They really pulled out all of the stops to make sure this arrived in time for me.

Very easy to create a book to make it personal! Beautiful design choices.
After reading the reviews I was really worried I had been scammed or that the book would be of poor quality. I ordered the top design, hard back, deluxe, leather. It arrived and was lovely! Really smart! Was supposed to be £60 but I had a discount voucher which bought it down to £20...only disappointment was the Postage...£23!! More expensive than the product! But ide put so much effort into the book that I just went with it and told myself I was still saving about £20!
If you spend over £50 postage is free. There webchat isn't reliable but I did get a reply from email!
Delivery was quick with DHL! Get an email and text to let you know when it arrives!
I loved my photobook!

Ordered a photo book from this company and the product arrived not as designed and ordered. The chat function is an automated joke and when you do manage to chat with a real person they do not respond to you. Try to email and there is still no response four days later. Possibly one of the worst companies for after sales service that I have ever come across. I will not be using this company again and if you take customer service seriously, I would advise you to avoid this company like the plague.

Be aware, this is a non transparent company which is based in Malaysia, and orders are produced in Malaysia, so the shipping costs is high and Customs Duty may have to be paid by the buyer.
Shipping is by DHL, this is fast and efficient, my package was received in UK within 48 hours of dispatch.
However, orders for delivery within Malaysia take about 7 days to produce and another 7 days to deliver by DHL.
The customer service is very slow and inefficient.
The products are satisfactory.
Payment must be made through Pay Pal, which I find unsatisfactory.
I do not recommend this company unless you want make orders for delivery within Malaysia.
I will not use this company again unless I want delivery within Malaysia.

This company charge you before the order has been completed. Their photo upload software is faulty so the order never gets completed and they refuse to refund. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back

Well after reading all the reviews AFTER I ordered my book to say I was worried sick was an understatement! I was half expecting a book with heads cut off and really poor quality and that was IF it even arrived!
To my surprise my book arrived within 5 days during Coronavirus which I thought was amazing, and even better the quality of the book was fantastic! It was exactly how I made it, the backgrounds were incredible and really brought the pages to life, and the book itself is gorgeous, I picked the grey leather exterior with silver stamping and it's exactly how I imagined it would be!
I ordered a 40 page book which included 122 photos. Out of the 122 there were around 6/7 that were a bit blurry, however these photos were from 1960's and I ordered the largest book size so having them stretched made them a bit pixelated (is that a word?).....i take responsibility for that having picked a large book and I think I would have had the same outcome whether I used this company or another! Giving this 5 stars!

Excellent quality, and delivered on time during the coronavirus outbreak! Definitely recommend the company, and would certainly use them again. It ships from Malaysia but it arrived 3 days after they shipped it, so I wouldn’t worry about the long distance, it’s still quick.

Do not use. I received the wrong photobook and 5 days after making a complaint, the replacement has still not arrived. I don't know where my original photobook has gone and who might have received this in error. The replacement will arrive too late for her birthday. We all spent a lot of time getting our best family photos together to surprise her and it's such a shame the gift has been ruined by an incompetent company.

I made the order then read the reviews so I was nervous about the delivery time I'd paid extra for speedy delivery. Arrives on time and the book was good quality. They could send it in more protective packaging but other than that it was great.

Absolute garbage. Do NOT use this service. I ordered a photobook on 22 Jan - and was informed it would be with me in 5-7 days. I was not sent an email confirmation of the order even though the money was debited from my card. I emailed a day later to find out status of order, received a response two days after that saying apparently my files had not been uploaded correctly - but then magically there were, without my having done anything (??). I mailed again trying to clarify the delivery date. Each email assured me they were on top of the order and contained an invitation to use their real-time chat - but there is no such thing on the website. I tried their customer service line - could not get through. Now 8 days later the book has not even been shipped never mind arrived and is now too late (birthday present for my mother). I will be pursuing a complete refund.
