Photobook UK Omdömen 

I bought 4 vouchers for 3 photobooks and 1 calendar, and oh my how I regret it! Not only do they make you order each photobook separately so you pay postage 4 times instead of once but their customer service when I brought this up was outrageous! I have been making photobooks for my family for many years now and have used various websites, however I was lured in with the big discounts. The website is super slow, constantly glitches and it takes 10x longer to finish the photobook than it should. Its super outdated and the templates and the selections of backgrounds, stickers, masks and layouts are absolutely terrible. Save your money and go elsewhere. I recommend Photobox! :)

I bought three vouchers for close to £60.
I didn't manage to use them by the end of date, so I extended them.
I was doing this regularly trying to find the time to sort out photos to print, then once I missed the deadline by a day.
I wrote to them.. No answer in over a month. No customer service. And I feel like I threw £60 in the bin.

i have managed to speak to an advisor and they have re-activated the vouchers. if i remember i'll update this review once I have actually managed to create the books and I can review the printed result.

I had no problem with this company, software was fine to use, ordering process quick and easy despite coming from Malaysia. The quality of the final product is very good.

They lure you with 80% discounts, whilst failing to mention that these "sales" are on virtually all the time.

The software is beyond horrendous. It has very outdated templates in there (hello 1980's!), it incredibly large and just kills off your computer, has very limited functionality and basically looks and feels like it hasn't been updated in 10 years.

The website is as glitch as it gets. I can't even log-in anymore now for whatever reason, the password reset tool doesn't work and customer services are ignoring me. I have two days left until my vouchers expire and would like to extend them so I can finalise my photo-album, but the way it's going I won't be able to.

I have bought 5 separate products from this company. The first was processed quickly and arrived on time. 3 orders were dispatched late. The 4 and final order is the reason I am writing this review. On the 30th November I ordered 30 pictures, on the 16th December after emails chasing it up I requested this order be cancelled, I did this again on another 3 occasions to which I got an email saying it is too late it has been dispatched. I went on the website at 9am, still stated in production. At 12:18 I received an email saying the item had been dispatched. I had ordered pictures elsewhere on the 17th as I was worried they would not arrive by Christmas. I have had no help from this company and have lost out on money that could have been used on something else.

I was very skeptical about this company after reading previous reviews.. but seeing as the reviews were from so long ago and there was only a couple I thought I'd try it out anyway.

SO GLAD I DID! Creating the photobook online was really easy to do and very professional. I bought 12 photobooks of my wedding.. was so cheap and when I received them (within literally 4-5 working days!) the quality is lovely! Really pleased with them!

Only negative I would say is if you try to contact them, it takes quite a while for them to respond. But didn't really cause an issue.

I would sooo recommend to anyone!

I bought a Groupon voucher for 3 calenders, the website is glitchy and the software you have to use is pathetic and flawed. They expect you to pay for postage and packaging for each calender and the voucher barely even registered after having to contact them multiple times.

Please avoid this company because of there lack of customer service. The Photo book I ordered was good quality but the printing errors ruined it completely. My Photo book was dispatched from Malaysia.... Not that I would have had a problem with ordering from Malaysia as it's a really nice country. Three weeks latter and I'm still left without a replacement book :(

If the customer service was good I would have been sent a replacement book fast and would not be leaving this review.
