Easy to design and create photo books. Lots of offers come up to make them very reasonably priced. Efficient on the printing and delivery time so overall good value for money.

On 29 November I emailed to say how disappointed I was with my canvas. On 14 December I received an email offering a reprint of canvas which was of poor quality and not at all true to colour from the original photo. I am still waiting to hear about this. The customer service from this company is without a doubt the worst I have ever encountered. I have numerous emails, even wrote an actual letter with 1st class stamp on before Christmas.
Email dated 21st December (ref. 1412484) is generic as says "we're constantly improving and updating our customer service so your feedback is vital........."
I wonder if I will ever receive a refund for this canvas, or reprint???

Ordered 12 books in November all of which arrived in plenty of time for Christmas, beautifully packaged. The quality of the books were excellent and were beyond my expectations with the exception of one book which unfortunately had a couple of pages which had come loose from the binding. It wasn’t discovered until Christmas Day and I sent a message to customer services in early January who were so apologetic and helpful and made me feel like a very valued customer. There was no quibble and a new one was sent out immediately. (Only reason I’m writing this now is that I was very delayed in replying to their message - ie 2 days ago!) Can’t fault the customer service and the quality of the Photobooks is stunning. Simple system to use and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Printed a photobook with mostly blank pages and were then impossible to get hold of to resolve the problem. Avoid like the plague.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a PhotoBook well in time for Christmas for £140 and it arrived printed in the incorrect order. I asked for a replacement and some money back and assurances that the new and correct product would arrive in time for Christmas. They, instead, offered £30 store credit and told me that with Express delivery it would arrive in time. We are now left with 2 working days before Christmas and my product is on hold in Germany with no assurances that it is even correct this time.

It is totally unacceptable as I will not be able to gift the present if it comes late and by personal nature of the gift I cannot regift it. I have asked for a full refund as the fault was all theirs (if they had delivered the correct product in the first place this would not be an issue) and I will keep this 1 star review in place unless that full refund is issued as I have no desire to spend £30 store credit on a company I have no faith in, when I have already spent £140 of my hard earned money for nothing.

So do not shop here. They cannot be trusted.

Awful. Dreadful customer service, all email no phone contact. I paid for a rush delivery which is supposed ensure delivery between 3-5 days, they didn't process the order for delivery for 2 days and claim they have met the `rush` order request because the order was processed within 3-5 days, I pointed out the payment is for delivery within 3-5 days and they asked for my patience after DHL (who were excellent) informed me the delivery was still in Malaysia and the expected delivery would be another 5 days. So far, they are not agreeing to a refund. the rush delivery is £19.25. More fool me.

I chose Photobook UK because I assumed they are a UK organisation and would therefore be able to meet a 3-5 day delivery demand.

I hope the quality of the photobook is worth the hassle because I have no confidence in getting any refund. Appalling service please don't use them.

I have used Photobook UK before and was pleased. However, this time round when ordering my book there was a defaulted addition to my order something called "ColorUp", which suggested that the printing quality and colors will be better. There was no further explanation nor preview. After placing my order I received an ebook and I am absolutely horrified. All colors are massively enhanced to the point it looks ridiculous. I spent long hours editing photos and creating my photobook, and I am absolutely devastated. I have reached out to the customer service, but was sent a T&C screengrab stating that they do not accept any amends... Therefore, despite previously succesful orders I will not recommend thiss company. It's one of them when something goes wrong you are on your own.

I prepared a couple of albums before reading some of these negative reviews. But I’d spent a lot of time in preparation so, with some trepidation, I proceeded anyway.
I’m glad I did. I received the albums in less than a week and they’re just great. I can’t fault the quality. Well packed, too, so no damage.
Just a couple of suggestions:
1. Select your photographs with care - 16:9 ratio takes up a lot of space and doesn’t use the pages effectively. Stick to 4:3 or 1:1.5 ratios if you can.
2. The albums are very expensive, so be sure to check for any available discount codes. Don’t really understand why I should have to do this - why can’t they just give a fair price initially.
But, overall, I’m very satisfied.

Customer service followed up from my last review and have rectified the problem swiftly and efficiently. I'm so relieved because I definitely like the quality of Photobook books. As a photographer I like the print quality and print colours and this is quite difficult to find. So I'm relieved that I can confidently keep using Photobook UK

Having ordered my photobook before reading the reviews on Trustpilot, I was apprehensive to say the least.

I received the photobook and it was PERFECT!! Honestly cannot fault it at all. The printing quality etc was as expected and feel from my personal experience, I can gladly recommend these guys. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to set up your own book otherwise the app will do it for you. Lots of theme pages and add ons to make the book more interesting/

Very dissatisfied with the customer service received. I ordered a Photobook 14x12” the front cover photo layout was central, when book received the my photo was not central as initial layout and top of picture was cropped.
Photobook refused to reprint or resupply as layout,
I would not recommend using this company.

Amazing and unique product where can capture and print out the precious moment with the beloved. Variety of choices for user to pick their preferable product.

Loved the quality of the photobook I ordered for my sister in the London recently! Paid a little bit extra for the 7-colour upgrade and it made a huge difference to how vibrant the photos turned out. Shipping was not the cheapest but the product arrived fairly quickly so no regrets. Will def order again!

I purchased some home decor, Canvas and Photo Tiles for me and my family and the quality is great! They were delivered quickly and I'd order it from them again.

I recently created a photobook using an online service and it was an amazing experience. The website was user-friendly, offering a wide range of customization options. The photo quality was excellent, and the book was well-made. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure. I highly recommend this photobook service for preserving your memories.

Very poor quality prints which were not the size I ordered. They came from Malaysia - being old fashioned I would have expected a company that was uk.co.uk might have something to do with the UK!

I have not experienced such poor quality for a long time - this really is the bottom of the barrel.
