Disappointing that the postage rates are ridiculous. I was enticed by their discount on making a luggage tag which took a fair amount of time , so I made 3. Once ready to buy, the postage was quite a bit more than the cost of the luggage tags. Make sure you know the postage cost prior to starting your project.

Have never been disappointed by photobook. The service is great, customer service excellent and the quality of the product is fantastic.
Would I go anywhere else….i don’t think so. Thank you 😊

The templates were easy to use. Simple for me to personalised. For each page, the editor could suggest layouts, which I really liked, and changed a few of my pages to their suggestions.

The photobooks were of good quality, paper was thick and smooth, printing quality was good too

Had our wedding photo collaged in photobook! It’s a great way to keep best memories of our life.

I have been using Photobook UK for many years now, and as a result have created amazing family albums that bring joy and laughter to my family.
The pictures are a great quality, and the extra details such as colourful backgrounds, stickers, texts, illustrations allow me to be as creative as I can be.
I have also made albums for extended family too, which are unique gifts to give.
These albums are truly our treasures to last and value for my family always.

Once you get the hang of it the app is easy to use. I loaded images ( 338 covering 11 holidays saved in batches) , some I needed to reinput, not quite sure why, but not a problem really. Importantly the final product is excellent,the colours are true and not oversaturated ( I used photo box last time and everything was oversaturated ) .The virtual book and the finished product are the same, no images cropped off because too close to an edge, which has happened before Delivery was via DHL and excellent. I will use photobook next time for sure.

It was a simple to use online process for uploading and arranging photos. The delivery took less than a week, no fuss or trouble at all! Perfect

I've been using this site for 3 years now and printed over 20 photobooks. I've always been very satisfied with the print quality, spped of service and communication. Once I had a print issue and the printed it again with absolutely no fuss. Lately I've had technical issues and they've been great at trying to resolve it.

Thank you for your excellent service, my photo book arrived a day early. Brilliant quality photos, excellent composition and great knowledge of understanding your customers requirements.

Before they used royal mail
but know using Amazon shipping absolutely rubbish.

Nothing about this prior to ordering I was in all day and at 10.00 I get a email from Amazon saying that there was no access

No way to alter address or schedule if this is who they are using I will go elsewhere I have order for years if this is going to be the default I am going to go elsewhere

Honestly avoid. Horrible quality and costumer service will blame you for it and eventually will just ignore your emails.

I’ve ordered from them before and the photo albums were acceptable. Decided to order again, did wedding albums to give as a gift and the quality was horrible. Professional photos were pixelated, colours/contrast changed. I’ve contacted costumer support and they basically said it was my fault but at least offered to print new ones and directed me through the settings etc so the new albums would come out better. They came back even worst, super dark photos, smudged pages, and haven’t heard from costumer service yet. Won’t be ordering from them again, worst quality printing ever

And while they replied to my review saying they strive to provide high quality products and to rest assure they will resolve the issue - all the emails with them, they basically blame me for the quality of the prints and it’s been a nightmare to constantly provide photos of the same issues.

Top quality as per usual, my go to photobook shop. Delivery is top notch as well, great all round rxperience.
