Great prices, great service what more can you ask. We use Petplanet as our dog needs liver supplements and we use Hepatosyl-plus on a daily basis, so having a great price is important.

Eukanuba complete food is superb. All my dogs excel on this food. PetPlanet are a great provider great prices and fantastic customer service

Really amazing dog chew for dogs that normally get through chews with a couple of chomps and a swallow. This kept our border collie cross going for ages.

And as with everything from Pet Planet, it was quickly sent and excellent value.

I have used this company for a couple of years. Good value, easy to order, quick delivery after purchase. Highly recommend.

Bought 3 multipack of cesar dog food when opening one tray found a large piece of bone about the size of a ten pence piece told customer service and got a very poor reply and offered a 1 pound discount whoopie never asked about the health of my shitzu. I will be ditching the rest of the pack. Definitely a choke hazard

Customer service has poor "couldn't care less" attitude. Didn't even acknowledge my complaint until I pushed the issue.

After struggles with other companies for my bulk dog food ordering and delivery, I swapped to PetPlanet. Delivery is efficient and always on time. Amending order frequency is very easy. I cannot fault them.

Pet Planet is a fantastic company to deal with. Transactions are smooth and delivery very fast and reliable. We purchased the One Fast Cat Wheel, along with some other goodies. The wheel was easily constructed and the cats have taken to it in less than a week.

We highly recommend Pet Planet and will definitely use again.

Evri tracking showed they’d lost my order, I rang up to query where my order was and a day later they put the order through again and sent with dpd, took one day to arrive safely. Many thanks - great customer service

Absolutely appauling customer service. i was spoken to so rudely. They took 227.oo for an order and it was wrong so asked for a full refund which they refused to give me i still havent had the items or the refund.

Brilliant customer service, had a minor issue with incorrect address supplied on order and they rectified my problem within minutes of contacting them! Prices are fantastic always lowest around.

The girls love their Babble Balls - chasing them around the house whilst they babble away!! The girls have started talking back to them (they are Husky's). Thank you.

My order was shipped promptly by petplanet but Yodel only delivered half of the order. A short email to petplanets customer service team resulted in them sorting the issue and the missing items were delivered the next day. Sometimes things do go wrong and it's how a company acts then that shows how good or not they are. Based on my interactions with them, they are excellent.
