Perx card is a terrible service
Perx card is a terrible service, I have received their cards multiple times from work. It has never once worked the way it is supposed to and it is always a massive hassle to activate a card, or do anything with this company. How they are still in business, I do not know.

The agent was very helpful
The agent was very helpful. He couldn’t resolve the issue but passed it to the tech dept and they emailed me quite quickly with a resolution.

Service was quick and helpful
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I felt the service that I received from Perx warranted recognition. After contacting Perx's support team via email I received a prompt reply with clear, actionable steps. Each email I sent received a response in less than 2 hours and the case was resolved quickly. Great service, no complaints.

Comically difficult to use. Stay away
Ridiculously difficult to use.
Receive gift card.
Create an account.
Activate card. (error, error, error).
Try to use card. Doesn't work.
Check account.
Must activate 3D security.
Need pin code.
Don't recall setting a pin code.
Activate 3D security.
Try to use card.
Transaction denied.
Check account - 3D security not actually active.
Finally, after days of trying, spend gift card.
Every step of the way is laborious and unnecessary. The whole experience is designed to prevent you from spending the funds, so they can quickly make them evaporate with their €3 monthly "maintenance" racket.
For anyone considering gifting this "prepaid" experience from hell. DO NOT USE PERX!

A pathetic prepaid offering that eats up €3 each month from your balance
Of absolutely ZERO value to anyone you might want to provide a prepaid card to, unless you warn them to use it IMMEDIATELY. There is an obscene €3 MONTHLY fee eating away at their prepaid balance. This is disclosed, and legal, so not a scam, but creates an utterly negative customer experience. The monthly charge doesn't even start when you activate the card (through a mind-boggling sign-up process online), but when the card is initially purchased.

My reward card expired and I contacted perx on two occasions to have a replacement care issued. On both occasions I was assured a new card would be issued......still waiting...never again
