Thule G3 Residece
Recently emailed them for advice on Thule G3 residence and curtains for my motorhome and the response was exceptionally quick. With that I placed the order and received the goods within 2 working days. Excellent customer service.

Perfect service from Perfect Awnings
We needed a Thule part. That no one seemed to have in stock. I made an enquiry of Perfect Awnings, and got a reply immediately from Adele. While they didn’t have the part in stock, she knew exactly when it would be in stock. We are in Australia, placed the order and Adele arranged shipping. She also followed through to make sure we received. Great service for such a small part, thank you.

Excellent Service
It's nice to see there are still companies out there offering great service, perfect awnings gave me great advice and I actually purchased an awning I hadn't even considered before, delivery was prompt and the price was very competitive. If your looking for a Thule awning then I would suggest you look no further than Perfect Awnings, top notch service from Steve and Adele.

Great company, excellent communication and after sales
Such a great company I feel compelled to leave a review. Really helpful through the whole sales process, helping me know for sure I was ordering the right awning and fixings for my van. Great communication from start to finish. Then, 3 months later (today) I reached out to say that I still hadn't installed my awning as I needed and installer and they replied the same day with some recommendations.

Excellent service - could not have been more helpful
I wished to purchase a Thule Omnistor 1200 Awning for my Bailey Caravan and when the quote came back they apologised that the carriage was so high for delivery to Belfast. However, within days they had sourced a different courier and I was delighted to progress with the order as they had stock ready for delivery and were the best price (even including the delivery charge). I was kept fully informed by Richard and Adele and appreciated their personal attention. All arrived safely but I had incorrectly ordered one of the extra items. Adele sorted out returns and exchange with no fuss. Highly recommend - a pleasure to deal with!

Well what a treat
Well what a treat to find a company giving such great service. I emailed them at 5 pm on a Sunday with a technical enquiry, expecting at best an answer on Monday. The reply came back at 10 past 5 that same Sunday. A couple of days after that I needed further help with fitting and once again Adele came back with the advice I needed. How refreshing to find a company that consistently gives good service these days.

Having dealt with this company 3 times now, unprompted I felt I had to write a review. From start to finish they were excellent, commutative and efficient. Even when there was an error, this dealt with quickly and easily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Thank you Adele for the excellent service you provided for the purchase and fitting of our new awning.I contacted Perfect Awnings to enquire about buying a new awning,the price was the best I could find,Adele provided the name of an authorised fitting company approximately 16 miles from my home,arranged for the awning to be shipped directly to the fitting company,an excellent purchase experience,would definitely use Perfect Awnings again,the whole thing from purchase to fitting was 11days.

Superb service
Superb service from Adele. Explained things clearly and helped us find the right product for our van. Took the time to ring us to check what van we had and ensured that we received the products on overnight delivery.

Great customer service all round
Great customer service all round. Phoned customer services and got great advice. Website really informative, only place I could find the answers I needed regards the benefits of a multi-rail. Delivery was really quick, ordered Wednesday afternoon and delivered Friday morning. Perfect service!!
