Very helpful and effective customer service and communication from Adele throughout the process. Not only provided a quality awning at a reasonable price but helped me to find a local company to do the installation too. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Service
Ordered three times off them now, all gone smoothly. The team are fantastic at checking what will or won't fit your vehicle and advise accordingly. Which is good, as we would have bought totally the wrong items!!

Thule awning spare parts
We have a Thule awning on our motorhome that had unfortunately broken, contacted Perfect Awnings and not only did they supply the broken part but also put me in touch with a local repairer local to me to carry out the repair, I cannot rate this company high enough, they went above and beyond what most company’s offer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing parts for there Awning and like me do not feel confident to carry out repairs themselves.

I contacted them for advice and found them really helpful when I ordered the awning I had forgot my parents were going on holiday at the end of the week so I contacted them and they made sure it was delivered earlier brilliant customer service and I would definitely use them again

Excellent customer servive AND price.
After much research online I decided the awning I wanted was a Thule Omnistor 1200 5 metre size. More research led me to Perfect Awnings who offered a very competitive price and the promise of excellent customer service. I ordered the awning out of office hours over the weekend, the order was confirmed Monday, despatch details confirmed Tuesday and it was delivered early Wednesday. Absoluely cannot fault that and as I said at a good price as well.
