Within an hour of my order, I received an email saying it had been posted, and I received the item within a day via ordinary 1st class post.
Amazon level service without the bad feels.

I ordered the pen in advance of a celebration leaving plenty of time as I wanted it engraved. I completed the transaction last Friday and received the pen on Saturday afternoon. Incredible service.

This company offers a personal voice to ear service and advice. The advice was excellent. (I do have some relevant experience being the owner of many fountain pens.)
I took the advice and purchased one immediately.

What business sends a customer 4 full bottles on Montblanc ink with £80 into a Jiffy bag. Lucky no ink spillage unfortunately outer boxes bashed.very poor costumer service reply

I ordered a Montblanc piston converter and permanent black ink. The price was good and there was a 10% welcome discount too. Communication was good, delivery was fast and items were original MontBlanc as described. I contacted customer service and Sally was very helpful.

The customer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond however, the automated systems seem sub-par. Non-the-less, a great company doing great work.

This was a quick easy to use website, and goods arrived quickly.

When I went onto The Pen Shop website for the first time up popped a promotion for 10% off as a new customer. I chose a pen, the Sheaffer VFM Chrome Gold Trim Rollerball, which was reduced from £33.00 to £26.40. I didn’t purchase on this visit to their website. A short time later I received an email from them with the title “Remember Your 10% off.” The following phrase was shown below: “Just a gentle reminder to let you know that you have your 10% off code to redeem on any of our luxury instrument range and accessories.” I then went back to their website and chose the aforementioned pen and went to check out. However when I inputted the promotion code given, up came the following: “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products.” Why? I was told ANY of the luxury instrument range range. There is no category shown as “luxury instrument range”, so I assume that they consider all their items in that category. The fact that the item is at a sale price should surely not make a difference, since that sale price is available to all customers first time and returning. The voucher code was for first time buyers. It would seem that the company are happy to entice a potential customer with a promotion code and then fail to honour it at a point in the sale when a customer is less likely to abort the purchase and just shrug their shoulders, accepting that there is in fact no promotion. So they lie. Totally unacceptable and no doubt in breach of trading standards. Buyer beware of these underhand tactics!

I note that 22% of the reviews of this company are ONE(1) STAR, with an overall score on trustpilot of 3.4 and yet none of the reviews I have seen have been responded to. What does this say about how seriously they take customer service or the ensuing feedback???

you tell me that Parker do not make a red rollerball refill but they do. They are in our local WHS at t he moment - they have just run out of fine so I came to you!

I ordered a Montblanc rollerball pen & 2 packs of refills but only 1 pack of refills came & no pen. Then the enquiry started, however I was made to feel like I was lying & had tried scamming them for the pen. I answered all their questions including the last one which I didn't get a response to, not did I get a response when I confirmed the replacement pen had arrived. At best they messed or mixed the orders up & at worst I was made to feel like a thief & my last 2 emails were ignored. As such I would never recommend shopping with the Pen Shop.
