I phoned the shop to place my order because I was having difficulty with the website. Samantha couldn't have been more helpful, I sent her an email with the description of what I wanted together with a message for the gift wrapping service and all was processed efficiently so I can receive the order tomorrow. First class professional company who were above and beyond helpful due to me, the customer who could not work out how to use a roller ball pen! I am more than impressed by their patience.

No replies to emails asking for help on order as had what I thought was advertised turned out to be wrong size. no reference number for ordering refills. no response at all just constant emails asking about satisfaction????

Excellent service and customer communication. This pencil was bought as a birthday present for my daughter but the lead was too soft for her. However I was able to return it for a full money refund. Very satisfied customer.
