Hello, I ordered 2 x Shaffer K Med Blue refills but rec'd Roller Ball Refills. I was advised to return them with a note. No apology.
They were returned 4 Nov 25. I have a certificate of posting. To date there has been no response from you.
There's little cost involved but I would appreciate my refills. Thank You. Nick

It arrived just a few days after I ordered it. It had its own presentation box and looks as if it’s an excellent one.

They were able to supply difficult to find refills for my pen, the service was very quick and I shall be ordering from them again.

Very happy with pen shop but a bit annoyed that they advertise free engraving but charged me £15 for two initials on the Mont Blanc I bought
