We have an older Ricoh laser printer but it is still going strong. PC Nation has a wonderfully wide selection of OEM components and supplies to help us keep it working. Fast delivery and as a plus, Amazon isnt getting more of our money! If you're on the fence, give them a try. You'll be glad you did.

Everything you read bad about PC Nations is true, and possibly worse.

Be careful because they might be scammers. I've never experienced such a weird and poor service from a US-based retailer. This is run very amateurly and you'll have stress if not financial loss.

I placed an order online. Tried to pay with credit card and it showed "invalid merchant id" which means their website might be kind of abandoned. Then, I used PayPal and it went through. Never heard back, but charge stayed on my card. I contacted their customer service, was slow to answer, and then (get ready to read this) I was requested to pay via Wire Transfer (!). Order was paid with PayPal, and after contacting them I'm told to do a wire transfer to pay for an US-based online order. Absolutely crazy and actually feels like a scam attempt.

If it's really a business, it's very poorly managed.

They followed up with good questions and answers to make sure I was purchasing the right device for my business.

They had a printer - granted for much less than the competition, but also with fewer options and accessories. I ordered it, then they called me and told me it wouldn't work unless I paid them an extra $1700 for "activation" I consider them deceptive

I've had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get my money back as PCNation has stopped correspondence despite the fact I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE.

Super fast shipping product in great condition.

Purchased 3 units Pos-X Ion 2D scanners. Order total was over $900.00. One of the scanners was defective right out of the box. Called PC Nation and they wanted to charge me for an entire new unit until I returned the defective unit. Then after PC Nation received their defective unit back, they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee on their defective unit. I called Pos-X directly and informed them of what happened. They sent me out a replacement scanner with no restocking fee. It all worked out, but will not buy from PC Nation again.

Pc nation is a scam I lost $1100 never got my order

Made a purchase on their site. Get a voicemail the next day that I need to contact them back or they will cancel my order. Called them back and they stated I needed to wire them the money for the order or they will cancel the order. Told them I’m not wiring them the money it’s already pending on my credit card. They cancelled my order.

Quick service, the right product at a discounted price, I'm a happy buyer.

I made the order late in the day, was able to get it next day!!! Very impressed, will use this company again.

I have regularly ordered items saved as favorites. Saves a bunch of time and takes any stress / worry out of placing the order.
Shipping is fast and the order is correct.
Plus my sales rep reached out to see if he could be helpful in any other areas.

Purchased additional expedited fedex shipping. Was not delivered on date shown when I ordered. I could've ordered from Amazon cheaper without the expediting charges!

I'm not rating the laptop I got from them. It was hot garbage. What blew my mind was that when I called their customer service, I only had to press a single button to speak to a real live human who was able to understand my situation and process a refund for me in minutes. Holy cow I don't remember the last time I actually had customer service over the phone that felt like actual customer service. Will shop there again.
