I asked for my whole place to be fitted but instead they told me they’ll do all the rooms but one in this one order but if you want that extra room done (which I asked to be fitted with the rest of my home) they said it would be easier if it was a separate order which is a lie to me due the size of the room they didn’t do the measurements came mean they’ll would have to order carpet an extra size bigger not only that they also it would have to be a different order because their vehicle isn’t big enough which I can proudly say that is a lie. I was also told that I’ll be measuring and fitting blinds they never came back to me about after they said someone will come and take measurements. i moved in December and now it’s the end of June, I still have used that room once due to the carpet not being fitted.
I live in a one bedroom flat. This company’s absolutely terrible.

From the initial appointment for measuring, to rebooking the installation date to the actual fitting, all communication was clear & concise, they have made it very easy to get a new carpet without all the fuss

Absolute rip off. I’ve used pay weekly s couple times and it’s always been a rip off but the way I only ever had to pay £40 deposit and £40 for fitting in the past and then all of a sudden the scouse fitter takes all my money to live on all £300 that was supposed to run a house and feed kids for a month. I even paid an £350 deposit still wasn’t good enough. Absolute repulsed don’t let these *uckers rip you off trust me there are alot of places that will do you deals and payment plans because this ain’t it. This is dirty and no longer affordable. There’s a shop in the port that’s really good they did my partners sisters 2 bed house all for £750 and that’s with fitting the kitchen floor themselves. There are other places if you are stuck like me please don’t resort to these money robbers please shop around first. They are scammers they are trying to sell you what you can get dirt cheap elsewhere. People chose this as an option because they are poor don’t let the “£10 a week” fool you. You’ll be forced to pay hundreds of pounds beside that. I truly hope this company is shut down sooner rather than later. The scouser even threatened to rip my carpets up how I wish I did it for him lmao. Not worth it the carpets look cheap and nasty to. Save your money.

Been with this company years ,,now Ive been waiting nearly 2 months to have my laminated fitted and got a message to pay £29.99 and then ring Hayley to have it fitted ,not once have I paid delivery for anything B4 ,wasn't even told I've gotta pay delivery as usually the fitter brings the items,so now we have to pay for a fitter and then pay loads more to have them fitted ,,takes the mick,,I won't be using this company again ,told them on the phone that this morning as well ,they definitely lost a loyal customer here ,another thing to mention the staff are very rude ,used to be ok but not anymore,,

Claire who comes out for measuring up and showing the flooring samples is a lovely girl, so friendly and easy to get on with and knows her stuff! and Owen the fitter does a brilliant job, leaves the place spotless and does the flooring to perfection! I've used this company 3 times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Would recomend to anyone.

Was not happy with carpet as pins on the strips sticking out the carpet on all the stairs safety hazard got to wait until someone comes out to sort it in a few days and underlay really thin and was told on phone it was a cheap carpet if I had of known that I wouldn’t of chose the carpet doesn’t look anything like the sample I picked

Had my diner lounge bedroom vynal done a good job looks great stair carpet nice carpet but has few creases in it

What a fabulous Company. New house, no carpets. They sorted it all out for me and even went above and beyond to arrange fitting before I had to move my in, which made life so much easier. From measuring to fitting and dealing with Andrea in the office can't fault them. Recommended them to a friend and she's having her place measured up next week

I had Claire out with myself to measure up for stair carpet she was super friendly and very helpful made me feel so at ease when ordering. She showed me samples and it was super quick to order I would definitely recommend pay weekly carpets especially if you have Claire calling with you. I have ordered twice from pay weekly carpets and both times were quick and easy. The 2 fellas who fitted the carpet were friendly and fitted the carpet perfect as I have open planned stairs.

Claire was prompt and told us all about the company. She showed us the products, measured our rooms and told us how everything works. Her customer service is excellent and we’re looking forward to our floors going down. The whole process was quick and easy and we were able to set up the payment there and then. Would definitely recommend.

Used this company a few times for flooring. Second time using them now for Lino and they just can’t fit it properly, looks awful lifting a lot not impressed.

I had my blinds delivered and fitted today by Graham who was fantastic, the blinds look lovely. The only problem was the lady called Hayley who measured the windows up measured them wrong, so Graham had to add a part of cardboard onto the blinds to fit them and make do. Hayley cancelled on me 5 times on the initial appointment with all different excuses- one being where she only had 1 job in my town that day so wouldn’t work out worth it ‘money wise’to travel to me. It was really frustrated where i was at work and rearranging childcare for her to keep cancelling, even arranging to come in an evening instead and cancelling a hour before at one point. It is disappointing that i have paid her £30 to measure the blinds and she done them incorrectly. Graham said it happens a lot with this lady to other customers, but I am happy with my blinds.
I am a regular customer with pay weekly, with my vinyl and carpet also fitted with you, couldn’t fault the service and workman it’s just every time I’ve been messed around and cancelled on by Hayley - even with my flooring as well. It seems like there is also other reviews about Hayley as well on here.

Brian was lovely from the get go, came and measured up for me, and even nice enough to interact with my little boy. He answered every question I had with no problems & was very communicative throughout the process. Would highly recommend & the payments are easily affordable too!
