Hi it was great being able to pay weekly as I couldn't afford to buy out right... what a wonderful lady Claire is so helpful and explained everything..I would certainly recommend this company to anyone

First time using pay weekly carpets, I choose herringbone shade 60 throughout my landing and stairs, and it has completely transformed my hall. Amazing quality carpet and the colour is amazing. Angela was fantastic helping me choose the carpet and was a helping hand when measuring

Claire was very helpful with any questions we had, very friendly and lovely to deal with. She had plenty of samples to show us and explained how the payments would work very clearly.

So bloody rude it's unreal. Not even ordered from these guys use to be a customer years ago thought id go back with them but there so rude never ever will I go with them. Stay away

Ordered a carpet and got an appointment for fitting on 30th April. Took up old carpet moved all furniture and cleaned down room day before, just to be told on the day the fitter was unable to attend. New fitting appointment was made 6th of may, furniture moved AGAIN! a quick sweep up... phone rings... so sorry but the fitters van has broke down so it won't be done today. ARE YOU SERIOUS? NO OTHER VANS? NO OTHER CARPET FITTERS? The rearranged the appointment as a PRIORITY.. 3 WEEKS LATER? Yes carpet has finally been fitted and I am happy with it. However the customer service from the office was shocking as they had no sympathy and no reassurance. It's a task in itself to get the room ready for the fitters and when you have to do it on your own it is hard work. Also sleeping on sofa for the night didn't help the ailments, But they didn't give a toss about that. We have used this carpet service a few times and never had an issue so kept coming back, until this year we had not one cancellation but two! Please can you consider getting bank staff to cover and invest in more vans as a back up for unfortunate events?

Absolutely awful experience with this company and especially with the Furniture Director, Mark Moore.

I was already a previous customer who had successfully paid off previous orders in full, which makes the way I was treated even worse. My order was cancelled with absolutely no warning — I only discovered it myself after checking my bank account. There was no phone call, no email, and no communication beforehand.

The explanation I was then given was shocking. I was told over the phone that because I was not a “VIP customer” with multiple previous accounts, they could decide to cancel my order after “checking my account.” I was basically made to feel like I wasn’t trusted or good enough to be a customer despite already having ordered from them before and having a history of making payments.

The way I was spoken to was completely belittling and disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, Mark Moore spoke down to me and made the entire conversation feel humiliating and uncomfortable. I have never experienced customer service like it.

What makes it worse is that I cannot find anything clearly stated in the agreement saying customers must already have multiple accounts or be considered “VIPs” to keep an order. It feels misleading and unfair. During my complaint, Mark Moore even stated they were now “making changes” to how they deal with situations like this, which only confirms how poorly this was handled in the first place.

Companies have the right to make decisions, but they do not have the right to treat people badly. I was left feeling embarrassed, upset, and completely dismissed as a customer.

I would never recommend this company after the way I was treated. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional behaviour from management

Great service and quality easy payment so affordable would highly recommend not my first time using and won't be my last

I am not happy the man who came to put the floor down
Left his rubbish outside in the road
And then lefts all his rubbish in the house and didn’t clean up after himself
Or take anything away afterwards I am really shocked about the experience

Excellent service amazing blinds

Stay away fitters are lazy told me he would be there at 2 turned up at 4 wanting fridge moving into living room and washing machine taking out putting in living room why they can’t flip it under I’ll never no so I’ve rang office asked for a refund to be told I won’t be getting refund and they put the phone down on me

My Wooden Flooring looked amazing for a few weeks then the gaps
started getting bigger between the wooden slats called up the company to be told the fitter no longer works with them so basically they don’t care. They’re not going to send anyone to help it’s basically my fault my problem totally understand. all self-employed but they do work and represent your company. You should be accepting bit of responsibility also the management team also told me the fitter was let go from the company twice so why was he still working there? The company kept blaming the fitter the fitter was blaming the company for bad quality wood. Wish somebody would just accept responsibility
The company also blocked me on Facebook as they didn’t like my review I left they also keep requesting more information to help them resolve the problem they weren’t interested in resolving the problem before so why bother Now so they can delete the bad comment so it looks better for them that’s not happening please read all one star reviews as it’s not just me who’s having problems with this company not just Wooden Flooring either

Absolutely awful am really regretting my decision to use these. Been paying for weeks waiting for install, they've emailed me on multiple occasions about clearing the room etc. Gets to fitting day after organising neighbours to let the fitter in. Only to get a call from the fitter to say he cannot do it as he has no vinyl and it's been cancelled. Also the price quoted for fitting is incorrect too,he had already loaded the van with my bathroom so did that for a additional £20 on top of what I was quoted.The fitters are self employed it's not his job to do this,it's the rep or companies job. They've messaged me every day this past week to "remind" me of install,knowing full well they had no stock ? The rep will not answer the phone,or reply to my voicemail. Eventually got through to Cust services,and apparently no idea why this happened as "no notes on the system" and would call back. They did not call back. I called them and was told a new install date of another 2 weeks. When I asked if it would be in stock this time, apparently it was already in stock,lol. So which one is it ? I highly doubt they'll turn up on the 19th and beginning to think this is a scam company tbh. They was meant to do my sister's floor also today but took the wrong flooring. So neither of us got the jobs done we are paying weekly for . I really would like to cancel but I will not get the money back I gave already paid. Avoid this company I am very regretful of trusting them in the first place, recommended by word of mouth. Well not anymore.

Had dan and lewis come to fit carpets throigh out home perfect job helped move heavy furnuture nothing was a problem big thank you to both this is 3rd time dan has done my home wouldnt hesitate to put his name out there asked office to pass on my thanks hope they do so

Luke came out and was really helpful.
He has been fantastic throughout the process and has kept in contact with updates to when our carpet will be fitted.
Looking forward to our carpet being fitted. Really good quality carpets and affordable prices. Would highly recommend
