So got measured up for flooring paid 40…
So got measured up for flooring paid 40 cash deposit and 1 pound on my bank card I wanted to change a date for payment because I wanted to pay fortnightly which is what was agreed so 2 days after i was measured up ive been trying to contact them about it and the phone just rings I don't even know if anyone actually works there because no matter what time u ring nothing so contacted the man who measured up he said contact the office ive explained I have tried this every day from 2 days after u left that was it so really annoyed at this point still no flooring no anwser I texted the man who measured up to say I want a refund and guess what no reply so no flooring no one anwsers and im down in money 40 pound cash on day and 1 pound on my card and payments taken from bank so maybe if someone can contact me I might actually get a refund please 🙏

Company was very helpful with arranging the visit to pick my flooring. Absolutely amazing that you are able to pay fortnightly. But most of all the 2 guys who came to fit the flooring where Absolutely brilliant, they laid the flooring in no time ,and have done a 100% fantastic job. Hopefully next time it's the same guy's ,thank you guy's for a fantastic job well done .
