Absolutely awful service. The manager was disgustingly rude and should not have their job as they clearly can’t handle it or they should learn social manners before answering the phone which is disappointing as they said they were the manager so they should know them anyways. This company is absolutely awful and not reliable at all, I don’t recommend getting your carpets from here.

What an awful service
What an awful service, the coats are unclear you have to pay for the carpets and also pay the fitter separately! Customer service is rude and unhelpful they don't confirm appointments and times and they expect you to not have any furniture in your home and will not help move it. Now got to wait weeks for the job to be completed even though I've took the day off work

From the beginning the 1st gentleman that came to measure up was great. He explained everything to me what was going to happen and what would happen next. The 2 guys that came to fit my flooring today were great too. Perfect gentleman just got on with the job in hand. They did a great job. Well worth the money. Im really pleased with the work. Thankyou

Really good experience …
The lady i spoke to over the phone was very friendly and helpful, she was patient and talked me through everything, which put me at ease ordering over the phone. The carpet came quicker than I thought it would and it's even nicer than the pictures, it doesn't do it justice. Really good quality carpets. Will definitely order again.
