I am an existing client and have had to resort to leaving a review in order to get some sort of reply from you, if at all. I messaged you about something on the 25th August and have still not received a reply. Also me previous email took almost 2 months to get a reply. At the moment it just seems like all your interested in is taking the money and not actually helping.

Excellent service, everything clearly explained. Having debt is so stressful I now feel like I can live again with a big cloud over me.
Easy to use links and lots of verbal and written information all explained with care.

I rang up another helpline first and they didn't have any appointments free for 3 months so they referred me to pay plan and over an hour later everything was sorted.
After being extremely stressed all day at the thought of asking for help with credit card debt.
I dealt with 4 different people and each one dealt me nothing but kindness and respect.
I have already passed on their details and have no hesitation in passing on the blessings of being guided to them.

Well this is gonna be long.
I recently foundyself in a situation that I needed some advice .
They are the perfect company to help out if u are in a dire situation.
Like you lost your job or you got some debts .
They don't take over the debts ,for you they only give you advice .
Theh look at your spending and how much money you should be saving.
They make up a budget for you
As I was on holiday,and I wasn't sure of it was able to talk to them ,we spoke over WhatsApp.

I was passed over to Payplan this afternoon and spoke to a lovely guy Sam. He was so understanding and helpful. Went through the options with me and explained it all extremely well.

When I needed help with my debt. PayPlan stepped in. First point of call was Sheryl. She spoke me through the process and explained what would happen. She was helpful, considerate and answered my every question. She gave me the best options in what to do next. I'm very grateful for her help as I didn't know where to turn.

I had a debt that was out of control many many years ago, payplan took control and stopped the creditors. I paid back an acceptable monthly amount and have now completed the final payment. Payplan took all the aggressive creditor tactics away and allowed me to get on with my life. This service is amazing, fair and professional. A massive thank you to you all.

I do not usually go out of my way to put companies down when reviewing them you can see from my previous reviews on this site. But this one I have to let it out. I opted for communication with this organisation via WhatsApp chat because I felt as this was the best way as it does not involve communicating at a set time rather I attend to other things whilst in communication with them. Would you believe when I disclosed that I just returned back from the dentist the customer service assistant still insisted on asking one more question before I go and I just had a deep clean done on my teeth. The height of the most unprofessional service then I will let you go. The next day which is today I contacted them via the same WhatsApp chat I contacted them at around 8am this morning guess when they responded back at 12.30pm. So I had to let them know that I would be contacting my creditors myself instead. Going forward I believe this organisation should work on its communication channels all of them. If there is a delay in response this should be communicated to the client. Even if it is an automated response is better than no communication at all. British Gas is an excellent example of how WhatsApp communication is conducted. This company should try to emulate that. I understand that finances may be a barrier to this. Payplan try your best to improve this to your future clients please because when your clients consult you they usually have anxiety, struggles and other issues they may be dealing with whilst trying to contact yourselves. I believe in you. You can do better and be better. Rise above.

I recently had to do my yearly review with PayPlan and have always found them brilliant- on this occasion I had just had an experience which had caused me a lot of anxiety, stress and worry in my personal life. My advisor was Helena Pickett 'Ellie' and she was truly amazing, I really can't praise her enough, it was like talking to an old friend! We did the review and since talking with her, I don't know how but my anxiety levels have dropped and it was so lovely of her to say she was just at the end of the phone if I needed her. I really can't sing her praises enough!

Total lack of communication time after time I am asking the same question and this isn’t even a difficult one to answer! My IVA is nearly done I want to know the total amount I have to pay in so I can gauge when my last payment will be! They seem to be unable to answer this question outright!
At the start of the IVA they were great then gradually it’s just got to the point where I am absolutely sick of it.

Very helpful and emphatic agent named stephanie keys. She answer all my questions and make me understand my plan of choice to help me budget my monthly income. Im very grateful

I had a fantastic experience with Nathan today. They were exceptionally kind and considerate, truly listening to everything I shared. They took all my concerns into account and provided tremendous support, leaving me feeling reassured and confident. A really nice person, brilliant at what they do, and a true asset to the company!!

Tilly and all the other team members I corresponded with were always polite and understanding. I always felt that my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. The team made an otherwise stressful process much easier to deal with!
