Highly unsatisfied and upset

Highly unsatisfied! Feel upset! Account creation and approve took more than two months with numerous paperwork demands and multiple delays from Support's responses for days.
After all, a Project which was finally tuned to live was banned without any clear explanations while it even did not start to work.
Shame, gays!

The customer support is very poor

The customer support is very poor. After a lot of back and forth and a full application and integration with extremely long wait - my account was rejected. Could have save everyone time to know what is accepted to not accepted at the early stage.
Not trustable company.

Méthodes de vérifications d'identité suspect

J'ai essayé de payer un produit de 15 euros sur un site marchand qui utilisait les services de Paymentwall. Premièrement ce qui me parait suspect c'est qu'ils demandent les informations des pièces d'identité sur leur site. Bon premièrement OK, cela doit être pour s'assurer que c'est bien MOI l'acheteur qui achète et pas quelqu'un d'autre. Ils demandent également le reçu de paiement, OK je leur ai envoyé également. MAIS ils me redemandent la même chose par mail avec plus de précision avec les photocopies de ma carte d'identité recto-verso et idem pour ma carte bancaire recto-verso. En mon sens, une entreprise qui incite l'acheteur à divulguer des informations très sensibles comme les photocopies de ma carte bancaire par mail n'est pas digne de confiance. Il y a des méthodes beaucoup plus sécurisés. Et ce n'est pas en abusant de l'argument « c'est pour une question de sécurité » que cela rendra plus crédible le site « de paiement » (entre guillemet) au contraire même. J'attends de voir s'ils me remboursent (comme ils me l'ont indiqué par mail) mais en observant les avis Trustpilot je m'inquiète vraiment.

I do not recommend them

I do not recommend them. The validation process is very long, they take time to respond, they request a lot of personal information. After a long wait they tell me that the project is not valid and they ban my account completely. After that I requested that they delete my account from paymentwall, but they flatly refused. They banned my account and kept all my personal information. That should be a crime. Do not trust this platform. Nobody knows what they do with users' personal information.

my problem solved..

i make a purchase at U4GM using paymentwall, order went through but U4GM said they dont received any order.....i contact paymentwall support via email told them about the problem. they reply to me and settle my problem, well not instantly..but still is acceptable because they keeping me updates about my case...and the issue settle after one day.

Paymentwall charged me but never sent the payment to BDO, BDO told me its paymentwall issue and didn't do anything to assist me,
after waiting 22hrs after being charged all i got told was

Sky-high Fees, No Payouts and more...

This review is under no circumstance an exaggeration. I never, ever encountered such a bad payment provider. Don't get me wrong, they are great at taking money from your customers, but that's it. You won't get paid, at least not when you expect to. It took months, MONTHS to setup my officially world-wide recognised project. Once I started taking payments, MONTHS passed and I never received them. Excuses after excuses, like "your bank was not verified", "we need to verify some documents", and so on. Even though everything PASSED THEIR CHECKS, it's been months and I haven't received anything. I intentionally disabled mobile payments (because from a payment of 10 EUR they shown me 2) and other bonanzas so they cannot tell me it takes "30-90" days to process, thus I was taking only credit/debit card payments which takes 3-5 days maximum to clear. Still, nothing received. Now I am struggling to get my funds paid out to my PayPal (which should take literally 2 minutes). Interestingly a payment of almost 200$ made yesterday which is beyond their "100$ threshold" is scheduled to be sent out in OCTOBER. Not to mention the fee was 24$ for the transaction.
Absolutely unacceptable, I hope I get my money.
Avoid if you know what's good for you.

dont trust this site at all, i paid for WEN TV and Android Tv box app 10 days ago and these guys keep promising that a third party will set this up, but it never happens, i dont know if its all a scam?? i am an old guy and i feel very let down with it all, please dont trust them

terrible, beyond terribe. I do not know where to start to explain! scamming their own customers, refusing to answer your support requests! yes correct! they do not answer. they only answer to some questions they want and it feels safe to answer.
*Please read this part twice*:
YOU have NO control over your account!! YOU can NOT DELETE your account!
there is a rule on any platform/website which USERS have full control to stop their connections to their host!
but, you have account in paymentwall? bank ATM card? they will charge you with products and services you do not want and you can not stop it:)

Now how about this:
I made a "TEST" purchase with paymentwall on my store. I repeat. ( I made a TESTTTTT purchase) on my store and it went through!
Guess where? order submitted but money never reflected on my account balance!!!!!!!
I just refund and reversed it through my Bank.
That is GOD damn ridiculous!!!!

Please, do not fall for their fake positive reviews (although there are some, but all are fake! and made by themselves)

PLEASE, run away from this fraud & scam system.

THE MOST TERRIBLE system I have ever seen!!! PLEASE READ before considering this company as your payment gateway!!

I can clearly imagine that bunch of unprofessional useless baby boomers sitting and drinking morning coffee and IGNORING ALL customer's errands!!!!

WE WERE about to launch our store in a specific date!
AND I PLEASED THESE PEOPLE TO RUN my documents and activate my account.
IT IS THE THIRD WEEK PAST OF MY EXPIRED DEADLINE and they DO NOT ANSWER!!!
They answer once in a week!
Anyway, I activate the gate on my ecommerce and guess what happened!!!????

ON A TEST MODE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH AND NEVER SHOWED UP ON MY DASHBOARD!!!!
Imagine MONEY in their account and showing you nothing happened!!!

I refund, cancelled and reversed the transaction but I'm telling you....
NEVER, NEVER EVER TRUST THIS HORRIBLE BRAND!!!!
DO NOT FALL IN THEIR LIES SUCH AS WHO ARE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Just go for other companies!

MMOGA - Alles hat geklappt

Habe bei MMOGA einen In-App Kauf für SWTOR gemacht. Alles hat gut geklapptt. Habe über Paymentwall mit Kreditkarte gezahlt und keine Minute später hat MMOGA den Zahlungseingang bestätigt. Seht lieber nach ob euer Anbieter für In-Game Käufe seriös istt!!! Das ist tnämlich viel öfter das Problem!

A Payment Blocking Company

In the world of current digital consumption ANY online marketplace should be doing all they can to make their customers shopping experience as smooth as possible, from a customer finding a product to the final order fulfillment/delivery. As such every time a customer has to stop or jump through any additional steps to purchase anything is a point of time where a customer may decide "I don't actually need this" or "This is too much work"

This is where, and why, Paymentwall (And their subsidiary Terminal 3) is a terrible platform for a payment processing service. To block customers and then ask for personal identification documents before the payment can proceed is basically asking for said customers to take their business elsewhere, which only hurts the companies that try and use this service.

Worse still it does this on-top of already used and trusted secure payment services like Paypal and major bank that already do 2 step verification to confirm that the customer is the one making the purchase.

My experience was running into this was when I was attempting to purchase in-game currency for an online game (Black Desert Online), of which the game's cashflow RELIES on the purchase of in-game currency. Thus I am curious how much money Pearl Abyss' has lost due after starting to use this service.

Very very complicate

I try to open professionnal account since two month. I never never saw a company to prevent to received money from their customer. They asking for million of document. I lost a lot of money. I so desappointed. If you can don’t choose this company.

Waste of time

They required a lot of documents to register as a merchant. Not only id but unnecessary stuff like report from the bank, an example of electricity bill, etc. Also, they required to sign a tax document and make test integration in the site. It took almost 2 weeks for us to slowly fulfill their requirements. After that, we received a month of silence. They responded only once with a template message on my question about progress.
As I see according to other comments they just collect people's documents and use them for who knows what way.
