The technical support team helped me with the issue. My account was blocked during a payment, but after asking some clarifying questions, the problem was resolved and my account was unblocked.

Very, very bad... For two years they cant solve issues for payments from Serbia, its ridiculous. Now they are responding to my review - without any purpose, because payment options DO NOT EXIST from Serbia. Cards are not accepted :) bank cards, or any other cards. Also prepaid cards, online or any other - not accepted. Also mobile, also anything else - not accepted. What is the only option you can choose if you are from Serbia, and you are trying to pay something over Paymentwall? All you can do is leave information regarding preferred way of payment, and they (Paymentwall) will one day implement it. :D Yeah, right. So, after two years.. still NOTHING implemented. Like we are asking something incredible. Everything else regarding online payments functions in Serbia 100%, no problem anywhere, except this company.
Like we are living in stone age!

Ich wollte Paymentwall als Zahlungsdienstleister für mein E-Commerce einrichten. Vor allem für den asiatischen Markt. Meine Website läuft über Shopify und dort wird angegeben, dass Paymentwall möglich ist.
Nachdem ich einen Account bei Paymentwall erstellt habe, viele Fragen beantwortet, Dokumente geschickt, Auskunft über meine Produkte, Geschäftsmodell, Finanzen gegeben habe (Es dauerte Stunden)… erhalte ich die Rückmeldung:
„After reviewing your application, we regret to inform you that we are unable to support your project at the moment.“
Keine Begründung. Kein Hinweis woran diese Absage nun liegt.
Mein Unternehmen besteht seit 3 Jahren und ist in der Nische etabliert. Ich weiß nicht was das Problem ist.
Lasst am Besten die Finger von Paymentwall.

Mein Unternehmen trifft auf keinen Punkt aus dieser Liste zu. Anstatt genauer nachzufragen, worin mein Geschäftsmodell besteht, hat ihr Mitarbeiter einfach eine generische Antwort erteilt und den Fall beendet.
Es geht um Vorlagen für Audio-Software. Vergleichbar mit Vorlagen für Adobe Photoshop, Premiere oder Vorlagen für jede andere professionelle Software. Dabei wird die Software nicht verkauft und es tritt keine Urheberrechtsverletzung auf.
Es spielt jedoch keine Rolle mehr - Ich will Ihren Service nicht mehr nutzen.

The information you provided to me really helps, I have been credited with the balance of the payment this morning.
I am very grateful to you and your team for your assistance, thorough investigation and amazing customer service.
I made payment of 25$, 16$ and 10$ to a merchant using Payment, I was debited and their system will hold the money without remitting the merchant, I can’t request refund because I sent them messages for over a week now and they won’t respond, the merchant (Namesilo) also sent several messages with no response.
This called payment gateway is just scam in disguise. Their support team is so lazy and they don’t care how the users feel, they just want to steal money and go.

Trying to get payouts from PaymentWall to my bank account, but they delayed it already, and ignore my inquires.
Until now they replied even with a delay. But as soon as I requested a payout and submitted all the documents they gave me no reply.
no response for verification within 4 months. mails are not answered, tickets are not answered, facebook-contact answered "is in progress" - but nothing happened.

Very bad experience !! 6 months we are waiting for a bank transfer! They always find new excuses not to proceed with the payment.

Really disappointed in this company.
It first all started when we wanted to activate creditcards as payment method. After a good experience and quick support from their team we didn't think creditcard activation would take 2 months just to decline with the reason: "No reason specified."
After that we tried to contact Paymentwall to ask why our creditcard activation was declined but still no answers.
A month later, we decided to move on and use something else for our payment methods, so we made a ticket to payout our money which was still sitting around somewhere with Paymentwall and to close our account. 2 months again, no answer at all.
I e-mailed, I was consistently adding replies in our ticket. I basically tried every way to contact this company without success.
At this moment we contacted a lawyer to check if it is possible to sue Paymentwall. I hope our lawyer can help us in this case.
Please answer on our ticket (Inquiry #854519) so we don't waste our time on something this stupid.

I stop offering payments through PaymentWall because:
- Many transactions did not go through for unknown reasons
- Take a long time until the money is available. The last payment I received is from 04/13/2022 and there is still money in "Pending Balance". No payout since April
- the cost of 20€ per payout (US -> Europe)

We at Veda Wellness had an order processed through this fraud company Paymentwall in Feb 2022 and according to the contract T&C we were suppposed to receive our payout on 1st Apr 2022 but when we didn't receive our payout in our bank account we contacted Paymentwall and they informed us due to low processing we need to wait till 1st Sept 2022 because if there is a chargeback then they can recover now it's 13th Sept 2022 and yet we haven't received our payout. We did raise 3 tickets and yet there is no reply. FRAUD COMPANY.
I have not received the refund from them for several weeks despite the status of the refund being "resolved" on the merchant end. Me and the merchant have raised tickets to ask about the refund but they are just not responsive.
This is disappointing and definitely a bad experience from using paymentwall. Deal at your own risk.

I have used the payment gateway on my website for many years, now when I want to make a withdrawal of my money they ask me to update the KYC and since I sent all my documentation they do not want to answer me by any means. They responded me only once via Facebook messenger and from that moment they ignore all my messages, it seems that they simply want to steal my money. They no longer answer emails of any kind or through the Inquiries system, for almost 2 months. My inquiry #842322.if there is any update in my case, i will change the rating.
Absolut das letzte! Mehrere Zahlungen getätigt, ca. 20% der Zahlungen wurden nicht gutgeschrieben aber dennoch vom Konto abgebucht. Automatische Rückbuchung braucht man hier nicht erwarten und bei Anfragen an den Support erhält man ebenso keine Rückmeldung. Geld ist weg, man kann sich als Geschädigter selbst kümmern und erreicht nichts!!!

The worst payment getaway. A lot of requirements and documents, difficult to integrate with website, poor and lazy support team. If you wanna waste time is good option. Finally I moved to Stripe within one hour. Suppose paymentwall likes connect only illegal online business.

Thank you guys but could you explain all possible reasons to decline applications BEFORE your users integrate everything? You described on your website that your system is for ALL from all over the world. And then you don't tell anything about why my business does not fit some rules/guidelines/whateverelse. Trash.
One positive thing: integration was pretty smooth.

The epitome of rubbish, do not trust this company with your sensitive data. The authentication process is both ineffective, inefficient and a complete waste of your time.
Do yourself a favour and use other forms of payment methods if CC requires payment wall authentication.

I was interested in using Paymentwall for my business. I have tried 3 times to request a consultation but I get no response. If I already don't get a response then I don't want to know what happens if I have problems later during usage
Waiting now for over 20 days for my refund.
In the first days, support was working „good“, they told me that they are working on it and I have to wait a couple of days.
After 7 days they told me they sended me E-Mails but I never get anyone.
After overall 12 days they started to blocking my Messages and Emails.
I created a account and opened an inquiry, after ~8hours my inquiry got deleted.
So, overall the badest „support“ I‘ve ever seen.
Keep distance to this bs.

Im using myloc from 2019, always paid on time and never had any problem. April 2022 i paid my invoice with a virtual card. They asked id and card photos, i sent. They accepted and unblocked my account. I faced the same problem on may, on june and now july. Paymentwall really bull4hit company ever. Im using internet from 1996, paid tons of money but never had any issue never. But with paymentwall always getting some problems. Really im tired with this company and now im moving from myloc to hetzner bcoz of this rubbish payment gateway!
