So it tooked me about 10-15 days to verify all me details, also my business model was accepted with all the integrations and in final I've got declined about Credit Card Processing,and when I was asking them if I can connect authorize net with PaymentWall I can't get an normal answer, my friend is using payment wall all good and I can't get any help with that. I hope for an answer as soon as possible.

Recientemente, tuve una experiencia muy positiva con el equipo de Paymentwall. Necesitaba desbloquear mi cuenta para realizar compras en línea y tuve que pasar por un proceso de verificación. El equipo de verificación fue extremadamente profesional y eficiente en todo momento.
Respondieron rápidamente a mis correos electrónicos y me guiaron a través de todo el proceso de verificación. Incluso cuando hubo un problema con la documentación que proporcioné, fueron amables y pacientes al explicar lo que necesitaban y cómo podía resolverlo.

Simplesmente não respondem NENHUM email. Estou com a conta na keydrop bloqueada por suspeita de fraude e eles não resolvem! Já enviei para a paymentwall todos os documentos exigidos e NUNCA respondem, nem resolvem. Péssima experiência com essa empresa!

Is this company out of their mind? Asking way too much just for a $10 donation. They want my Photo ID just for $10. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to go through the hassle, do not use Paymentwall.
edit; now they’re emailing me just completely ignoring anything i’ve said and just asks for my id yet again. Paymentwall, these are NOT standard requirements, like you’ve said in your e-mail, if it was so much of a standard, payment systems such as PayPal and Tebex (as examples) would have done the same, but do they? No. You are asking for way too much information which is unnecessary. If you really want confirmation it’s me, I can send you transaction id’s, proof of payment, whatever, but ID is not needed and frankly i’m concerned about what you will do with it.
Their reply proves my point. No way… 😭
I could not care less if they delete it after, they shouldn’t need it in the first place.

Ohne die Übermittlung von empfindlichen Konto-, und privaten Daten wird das Geld nicht an den Verkäufer weiter geleitet. Hab mein Geld zwar wieder, kann aber trotzdem keine weiteren Bestellungen über Paymentwall machen. Finger weg, dieses Unternehmen will nur an private Daten kommen. Aber was will man von einem Unternehmen, welches den Hauptsitz in den USA hat auch anderes erwarten!!!

c'est horrible comme un des avis que j'ai lu , ça fait plusieurs mois qu'ils me soule a leur renvoyer sans arrêt des pièces d'identité avec mon visage et ma carte bancaire . tout cela ne me rassure pas , je l'ai fait qu'en même pour au final me dire que ça ne convient pas et me redemande sans arrêt de renvoyer toujours la même chose et aucunes personnes compétante pour m'aider.
petit coup de gueule qui ne changera rien entant donné que l'on a affaire qu'a des bots et des mails envoyés en automatique . bonne journée.

Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then?
It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.

did payment on torguard.net using this paymentwall gateway but funds is stuck on paymentwall and did not get to merchant. my funds shorted and can not complain or ask for refund. its been a week no response on support either. they suck dont use them!!

One of the worst services I ever met in my life.
Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble.
Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they avoid any certain answer, never ever have I received a report from them.
Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

I've been trying to cash out my accumulated balance for over a year. They now say I need to wait another 6 months because of the chargeback period. I haven't received a single payment in over a year.
They make it as difficult as possible to cash out.

Yesterday at 02:38 am Argentine time I made a payment through paymentwall on the keydrop page.
My transfer arrived perfectly, but the balance did not reach my kaydrop wallet.
I tried to communicate by all means that I could but they do not give any answer ...
The truth is I feel cheated because I already recharged many times with this medium and there were no problems. But now that I recharge a large amount of money and an error occurs, I do not receive any kind of response.
