Patreon creators are amazing, but Patreon the company will bilk you as hard as they can for as much as they can. They don't give a single flying figure. Every customer support request will take ~10 emails and will seem like maybe they will help, then be denied. Patreon is a vulture & I cannot stress enough what a bad company this is.

It's called the first amendment. Google it Patreon and then abide by it. Please and thank you.

website does not use the standard conversion rates the rest of the world does, if im advertised a patreon subscription for $3 i want to pay $3 not £3 currently £3 is more then $3 this is a scam

Patreon collects money for MeidasTouch who I've also written a review for. They send me fixes that don't work. To be quite honest why am I doing their fixes when it's their job to make sure I get what I'm paying for ??? 3years I've been paying ! Sheesh

Delete accounts for a post, but not for anything else they do? Corruption. Get bankrupted.

They cancel creators at their own will. If the don't like the content, especially if it is critical of a specific group of people (if you know you know), they will delete your creator's account without warning. I hope the company fails.

They are controlled and unfair to their users.

I was supporting a content provider on YouTube named The Next Layer. I sent my money to this crooked website and I'm still not able to get access to the content promised. The site is totally devoid of any place to contact them. The YouTube channel for the content provider has a Gestapo AI that will not allow any questions outside of the video content. I don't know if they know that this rip off provider is affecting their business. I'm done with them. I would suggest staying away from patreon!

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with Patreons service and support. I am giving a 1-star because the platform has refused to issue a refund despite clear evidence that I was scammed.
​I subscribed to a creator who didt deliver the promised content and misled their patrons. Despite reporting this fraud, Patreon's support team chose to hide behind rigid policies rather than protecting me from a clear scam.
​By allowing such creators to keep the money without consequences, Patreon is failing its community and enabling fraudulent behavior. This is completely unacceptable, and everybody please avoid this platform!!!!!

Patreon likes to remove subscriptions if they dislike you.i am not over reacting.if they dont like what your favourite creators are saying they will remove it.twice it said "page removed" or whatever bullshit.twice!and I only wanted to check out those 2.i bet I could find a lot more corruption if I searched.i hope Patreon goes bankrupt within the next 3 years and a alternative replaces it

I love it, when i join membership or buy remastered games it really great and joy, no issues at all but some game have issues simple let dev know then they will update and fix it for you.

Motivo del reembolso: el creador ofrece mods retro el 2007 y no funciona , le solicitado el reembolso pero dice lo que lo va a solucionar y pasa las semanas y nada sigue igual todo , este tio es un estafado engaña a la gente con este mods ,por preguntar me amenazado hasta de banearme , tiene un grupo de discord donde tambien le hablado , me dijo que 10 dias estaria solucionado , y no lo esta , no es normal que tengais a estos estafadores , tengo otros que hacen mods y son primores , no engañan a nadie como este tio
