Patreon Omdömen 

Tinha algumas assinaturas pelo Patreon, este ano tentei renovar a assinatura como sempre fiz mas estava só a dizer que não tinha sido processado, quando finalmente foi processado em vez de ir para assinar o canal foi para “presente”. Erro da aplicação e a resposta do suporte basicamente é não nos interessamos com vocês o nosso site está terrível mas isso é um problema vosso.
E ainda dizem “ fique a vontade de responder a este e-mail”. Respondes e eles não te respondem de volta

Patreon support is terrible. They offered a discount multiple times via email - would always show "discount expired". Contacted support and they first denied the issue (and never listed to it), finally admitted a problem and "we will look into it" ... never got back... got back with the same incorrect response as first contact... admitted they dropped the ball, promised to get back, never did ... Patreon support is incompetent or purposefully avoidant. Either way, not good and turned me off from subscribing which just ends up hurting the artist I was trying to subscribe to. Will never subscribe to anything Patreon.

Das Unterstützen der Künstler lief zufriedenstellend ab; aus Zeitmangel habe ich schließlich alle Abos gekündigt, aber den Account die letzten Jahre behalten. Als nun täglich 2 und mehr Fremdzugriffsversuche aus Amerika und Asien gemeldet wurden, ersuchte ich im Standardprozedere um Löschung, was über ein Monat dauerte, wobei täglich mind. 2 Fremdzugriffsversuche stattfanden! Immerhin sind Zahlungsdaten hinterlegt... Auch eine Meldung dieses Umstandes führte nicht zu einer Beschleunigung des Löschvorganges. Aus diesem Grund würde ich Patreon leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

Created an account, paid for a subscription to a creator and my account got deactivated with no response back from support. Spent money for nothing. Scammers

I had a very disappointing experience with Patreon. The platform feels increasingly unfriendly both to creators and supporters. Payments are confusing, with unexpected charges and a lack of transparency about fees. Customer support is slow and often unhelpful, offering generic responses instead of actually resolving issues.

The interface is also clunky and unintuitive — it’s hard to manage subscriptions or even find clear information about what you’re being billed for. On top of that, I’ve seen creators struggle with sudden policy changes and inconsistent enforcement, which makes the platform feel unreliable.

Des voleurs depuis le 13 mars nous attendons notre fichier après de nombreux message sans réponse ouverture de litige via PayPal le montant et bien débité pas de soucis sur leur site il dise encore en attente de règlement retour ce jour de PayPal en leur faveur alors qu il n y a eu aucun contact , j ai était débité et pas de fichier ......

The site is awesome but the payment methods issues make it unbearable to use the site. It takes me 30 mins to change the payment method and pay for the subscription. I wish they could change that

A FUIR!!! Deuxx arnaques le même jour! Je m'abonne à un créateur, 3.60€ mais 48h plus tard il ne me reconnaît pas comme membre. Je me suis abonné le même jour à un autre créateur pour 5.29€ mais Patreon me débite 13.80€... Je m'en rends compte mais rien à faire,es deux réclamations Paypal ont donné raison à Patreon sans aucune justifications malgré que j'ai donné les preuves demandées...pas de temps à perdre avec ces deux protagonistes. Fuyez, c'est tout.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMY COMPANY!!
Few months ago, our page got taken down because of "breaching guidelines" which we have breached for the first time(similar creators still add the same posts which we got taken down for) after many years being loyal creator with thousands of subscribers. No warning, no prior message, our page got permanently taken down and our money were nearly stolen by this scammy company. We wouldnt get our money back if we wouldnt threaten legal assistance(the amount was in +£xxxK). The horrible communication from their support/legal team once a week and always on Friday 10 minutes before their closing time. I cannot even believe company like this can exist in modern time and still operate.I STRONGLY ADVICE everyone to stay AWAY from this company!!

Received an email saying an unknown device had tried to access my account. I checked the email was legitimate but when I clicked the link to secure the account all I got was a page telling me about general password security. There was no option to lock the account or reset password. They obviously take their cyber security as a thing that is someone else's priblem. Do not sign up for an account and give them your bank details because they obviously don't care if someone hacks your account

Patreon offers consistency, trustworthiness and the team behind Patreon really tries their best to bring out features that is easy to understand and use.

There may be some features I add but in general that means such must apply to the all creators and that is simply not possible speaking as a developer myself. What Patreon does, it does well. It is really not complex to use. Of course, there will always be alternatives but for me it really offers what I need. The cut Patreon takes is neither high nor low but of course this makes sense. Any rate, the only reason I don't give Patreon a 4.5 / 5 rating is simply because of integration limitations which I feel can be a bit easier.

I you are a content creator then really give them a shot. I did not have to do this review but I so because it truly offers a service. Thanks Team Patreon.

Top Kundenservice. Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Konto und einen Abonement welches ich nicht kündigen konnte. Hab daraufhin den Kundenservice kontaktiert und innerhalb von 24 Stunden schon eine Antwort erhalten. Die Mitarbeiter vom Kundenservice waren super freundlich und haben alles getan das sich mein Problem löst. Bin sehr zufrieden über die schnelle Lösung des Problems.

Terrible experience, they do not care about people using their platforms at all. I used to be subscribed to a creator charging a staggering amount of 39$ a month and patreon just wiped their account and refused to refund me my money. The creator also kept deleting, hiding, reposting same exact posts over and over again. It's truly hilarious how people just blindly trust patreon
