Love Patio Pet Life!! It's a life-saver, literally, with our tiny pup in a coyote infested area. We have ours in a protected patio where she can remain safe.

I have been using Patio Pet Life for a few years now and if you live any place without a yard it's a must!

Always fast, fresh grass and reasonably priced.

It’s only been a month, but this is my third company/service I’ve tried and so far I love it and am very impressed !!!

The company and product are great but my delivery service is AWFUL! EVERY time they prop the box up vertically when it clearly says lay flat! So I end up having to fix the sod since it is all smooshed together

product always arrives in good condition on time. My dog always looks forward to a fresh patch and the included treat. He knows when he sees the box. The company communicates well when they are experiencing delays and offers great customer service. As someone who lives in an apartment however, I wish my shipment would get delivered to my door rather than the apartment office.

I recently moved to an apartment and live on top floor. Late at night or early in the morning is a pain to get to an area where my dogs can relieve themselves. When the weather is bad it’s even worse for all of us. Patio Pet is a lifesaver! I get a new patch every two weeks through the subscription service. The grass is beautiful. It looks nice on our balcony. It creates a different are on that side. I highly recommend this product and tell all of my friends and neighbors about it.

I really like this service. It’s convenient and my dogs like it ! The only problem I have is , the grass is heavy to lift. I do have to get the large size as I have two dogs. Also, one in awhile the grass isn’t as healthy looking when I first get it , so it doesn’t last the two weeks I like it to last. But, it’s worth it to me and convent too .

I’ve had several issues with the quality of grass patches. Also when they make a mistake or my delivery doesn’t arrive, their service recovery is abysmal at best.

A life saver. Makes it so much easier for my older dog to keep us both happy since she can use this on the 2nd floor patio and avoid 2 flights of painful stairs. I put a bottom drain into the frame, which feeds into the gutter system and allows me to flush the grass with a bucket of water periodically. I compost the grass and recycle the box. A great solution for older dogs!

The quality of grass has changed in my opinion. It's thinner, doesn't last as long and it's even smaller then the tray. I'm thinking about canceling my service. The grass use to be heavy where I couldn't even carry it when it was delievered. It was beautiful. Now, I can carry the box with one hand.

My dogs love it, it always shows up on time and easy to dispose of.

We've tried a few other companies for grass, and patio pet life has been the best, the grass is great, looks good out of the box and it absorbs very well! We have had other companies we used that did not absorb at all, and some that would come with moldy grass, which ended up making my dog sick. I would recommend patio pet life to anyone who has a patio potty for their pets! We have a German Shepard, we use the large size and get our lawn every two to three weeks , depending on the weather , it works out great!

Overall I'm very happy with the grass. I get a weekly delivery and it works great in our city high rise so we don't have to trek down the elevator late at night or out into the frigid Chicago winter weather. The only complaint I have is that sometimes deliveries arrive to me on a Monday which means it has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere over the weekend and doesn't arrive in the best of shape. In some instances where there is a holiday it can arrive even a day later. I don't understand why they can't ship on a Monday to arrive by the end of the week and not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Also, sometimes there are little bugs which I think are "no see-ums" but I've learned to vacuum them up as soon as I see them. I've tried all the grass companies and these same bugs are present in all of the grass no matter who you order it from.

Patio Pet Life's product has worked very well for us. We have two small chihuahuas and we use this dog patch almost exclusively for their "bathroom" needs. We started using this service in March of this year and it has worked well in our 4th-floor condo on our covered balcony. The only reason I did not give five stars is because of how quickly the product dies and needs to be replaced. We had truly hoped to make it an every four-week replacement, but it simply must be replaced every three weeks. I highly recommend this to others. We do not notice any odor and it saves us from having to go down four flights numerous times of the day and night to take our dogs out. The replacement is not difficult and takes a very short time to dispose of the product and replace with the new one.
